It seems they're only interested in online sales now. The service in person couldn't be more unfriendly. I was told, "The opening hours listed online are incorrect." I guess I'll have to buy my rackets and shoes somewhere else...

After a disastrous online shopping experience with Tennis Point, where I received no tracking number and there was absolutely no communication, resulting in my package going missing, I was looking for a new shop to buy the Head Extreme Tour. I only found what I was looking for at Tennis Heine, and after reading all the positive reviews, I ordered from them. I definitely wasn't disappointed! The price, including restringing, was only slightly higher than what Tennis Point charged for a used racket! And while other vendors quoted 6-8 days for delivery, I had my tracking number in my inbox after just half a business day, and the new racket (with restringing service) was at my door the very next day! Hats off to them for this performance and service. Keep it up, and Tennis Heine will be the new Tennis Point!

This is the second time I've ordered 200m of string for stringing. Just like the first time: great price, easy ordering process, super-fast delivery! I definitely recommend it.

I ordered test rackets from Tennis Heine and I'm thrilled. Super fast delivery, very friendly contact, and a straightforward process for extending the rental period. The test rackets are of very good quality. Furthermore, the online site offers excellent value for money, and the stringing service is cheaper than at major competitors. I also received excellent product advice over the phone. In short: completely satisfied.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Fast and always available support, very competent staff – whether it's a change to an order or a question about a product, etc., everything is resolved to my complete satisfaction. In a world where everything is becoming more anonymous, it's a real plus to have a helpful person you can actually talk to. Please keep up the great work; you can't get better service.

Shipping was super fast. The item arrived securely packaged. In case of a warranty claim (defective racket), a replacement racket was sent within 2 days (according to the manufacturer). Excellent service!!! Thank you very much.
