I was very disappointed. Our son had just started playing soccer, and I had no idea about the equipment. We needed shin guards. The unmotivated salesperson, to whom I told him beforehand that I had no idea and needed advice, gave us two models and told my son to see which ones fit better. When he said some of them were slipping, he said he'd have to see if they were available in smaller sizes. I then tightened the Velcro. "Yes, of course, that works..." Then he left, and we stood there, and I bought a few. Now we needed more equipment, and I wanted to give the store another chance. Unfortunately, it was the same salesperson again. I needed two pairs of tracksuit bottoms, socks, and a pair of functional pants for cold days. He pressed two pairs of shorts (Nike and Adidas) into my hand. When I asked him that they didn't necessarily have to be the expensive brands, he simply replied, "They all cost around €20." According to the online retailer, that's not true, and I'd seen cheaper ones, just not in his size... Well, the young man had already left. So we went to the socks. Since I didn't know what size he needed and we didn't get any further help, we went home empty-handed. It's a shame, because with good advice, we would have had another customer for years to come. And with three kids, a lot adds up...

I've been waiting for almost three weeks now for a response regarding whether a jacket that was delivered in the wrong size can be exchanged for the correct one. Since it's personalized, it can't simply be returned, which is understandable. But if it's clearly the wrong size, I wonder why the customer is having such a hard time in this case. Well, we'll see if the €45 were wasted. The ordering and delivery process itself took a very long time and was only possible with prepayment.

I've been a customer here for many years and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, I have to say that the sporting goods store's performance has declined significantly since the takeover by 11teamsport. Despite prior agreements, there's a recurring lack of response to orders. Delivery times are also no longer satisfactory. It's a shame. I hope things will improve.

Very friendly and competent service from a young saleswoman. We were here for knee pads for our grandson. They were even unpacked and demonstrated. We bought the Nike ones. The price-performance ratio is excellent. We'd gladly come back when we buy groin protectors and football boots.

Hey. So today I was really disappointed. I've been there for the first time in a long time. A salesman or something. I arrived with a stroller (4 children), and they didn't hold the door open for me. I barely got a "good morning" out. Then the young man disappeared and didn't come back until I heard the ding-dong sound when I left the store. He didn't seem to really want to sell anything. Unfortunately, there wasn't much of a selection either. I've enjoyed going there before and received very friendly service, but they seem to have forgotten what they were doing. Thanks for nothing 😪
