Customer service could be improved I wanted to bring my two KTM bikes there for an inspection and accident prevention (UVV) check. I had called them twice beforehand and asked if this was also done for KTM bikes. This was confirmed on both calls. So I took the bike rack out of the basement and mounted it on the car, loaded the bikes, and drove to Seelze. After unloading, I was told when I dropped them off that they were happy to do the inspection, but they don't do accident prevention (UVV) checks for bikes that were "not purchased there." Why couldn't they have disclosed this during the phone inquiry? That would have saved us an hour of our lives. I don't understand either the refusal to do the accident prevention (UVV) check or the omission of the information on the phone. If you have such regulations as a basis for your business, you should inform the customer about these refusals in advance. A useless waste of time. Lost two new customers in one transaction! Thanks for nothing.

Fahrrad Kruse in Letter absolutely impressed me! I took my Riese & Müller Supercharger 2 there because of a flat tire and a faulty Bosch remote control. The advice was excellent – ​​not only regarding the repair, but also about new tires, which I might have fitted soon. The team is incredibly friendly, fast, and competent. A fantastic service that I highly recommend!

Super easy repair and inspection! My bike was ready for pickup the next day, and I was notified by text message. The invoice was billed directly to the leasing company, so I didn't have to submit anything myself. Perfect!

I always find this "a price is agreed upon on site, but then a day later when I pick it up, it's suddenly more expensive" a bit difficult. I'm absolutely not a fan of that and find it very rude. I don't ask how much the repair will cost on site for nothing. If the price isn't right, I'll just look elsewhere, but this sudden price increase, even though my own words said otherwise the day before, is outrageous. Especially when the price was even "calculated" by an employee the day before, and then when I pick it up, I have to listen to them tell me that such prices, negotiated on the spot, aren't always 100% accurate, is truly a disgrace. Response to your feedback: First, the price change wasn't just €3.45. Second, it's also not true that I accepted the price without saying anything. I pointed out two or three times that even the pickup slip showed the price I'd been promised the previous day. They simply told me it was an interim price, which wasn't true, because, as I said, it showed the previous day's price. Perhaps I should have protested more against the new price, you're right. However, it's not my style to make a huge fuss there. So I don't understand what kind of "discussion" they expected? In the end, they would have insisted that I pay the new price, and then it would all come down to the same thing. However, the issue is the way it went, and that's simply not appropriate. In the future, I'll look elsewhere when it comes to bicycles.

Excellent advice... Friendly and competent. After a good conversation, I bought two e-bikes there. They were even delivered to my home. Great service... We're very satisfied. Hello... So, the first inspection of my bicycle was due... The process went smoothly... As always, friendly and competent... PS: They even offered to deliver the bicycle to my home if it was raining. I can't say for sure whether that would have cost anything... but still... So, another 5 stars... G.W.

I've bought numerous bikes there and often used their workshop. I've always been very satisfied. Whenever possible, they offer quick assistance, a kind of drive-through service. But even with bikes not purchased there, they provide excellent service. It's not a large shop, but they stock a wide range of parts, and the rest can be ordered. Everyone there is an expert. It's great to have such a specialist shop in town!

Great service and great bikes. I always feel I receive expert advice here. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they even give my bike a little TLC every now and then. 😉 I've been having my Stevens bike serviced here for years.
