I've been a customer of Fahrrad Hoffmann for many years. I've purchased two electric bikes, which have always been serviced. I've always received friendly and courteous service. I was always helped very quickly with any questions I had about the bike. I'd especially like to thank the bike mechanic, Olaf, for his competent help and advice. You're a great team. 👍🏻😁 Thank you.

I picked up my bike from inspection yesterday, October 7, 2025. It only took a day. The manager explained everything to me. Today, on a test ride, I noticed a grinding noise, so I went back to Hoffmann. When I asked about the noise, the older employee told me to go to the company where I bought the bike. He said he couldn't help me. Inspection 5 stars. I would fire the older mechanic - 0 stars. If they don't respond, Hoffmann won't see me again. I have a lot of friends.

Truly great shop! The chain on my daughter's bike kept coming off – they helped me right there without an appointment, and for just a small donation. Very competent, attentive, and friendly! This will now be my trusted bike shop! Thank you so much!

A huge thank you to the owner of Fahrrad Hoffmann. He helped me immediately on the spot and didn't want any money. Something was rattling on my bike, the problem was identified, and nothing has rattled since. Where else can you find such great service!

During our bike tour, the saddle bracket on one of the bikes broke. A quick stop at Fahrrad Hoffmann and we were able to continue. A fast and uncomplicated solution. Excellent!

The best bike shop in the entire region! Always a friendly owner, great advice – minor issues like loose screws or mudguards are taken care of immediately. Scheduled repairs are carried out reliably, the mechanics know what they're doing and are happy to offer tips for DIY repairs. I bought two e-bikes here and I'm extremely satisfied.

On Saturday, I wanted to cycle to Buxtehude and – luckily only 5 km from my house – I got a nail in my rear tire. My son and I quickly removed the wheel. I checked with a few repair shops to see if they could help me out on short notice, but they all had a backlog of repairs several weeks old. So I called Fahrrad-Hoffmann and explained my predicament. The friendly employee simply told me to come in. So, about half an hour later, I was there. The employee replaced the inner tube, put the tire back on, and quickly pumped everything up. I was thrilled, especially since I'm participating in the City Cycling Challenge and was worried I wouldn't be able to log any more kilometers. A huge thank you! :-)

I wanted to buy a new bicycle helmet today. The salesperson told me to look here on the right. If I had any questions, I should ask. They only had helmets up to size 55 cm, which were too small for me. They said to come back during the week, and then they could order one for me. I got the feeling the employee wasn't interested. I ended up buying my helmet elsewhere where I received excellent advice.
