Hello! Gisela and Mazda are like autumn and leaves, they go together perfectly. The Mazda Center has always been there for her, and after every service, her car started right up. Mazdas come with a roof for bad weather, and if you don't miss the sunroof, the sun comes out. Gisela has always been a world explorer, so at some point a luggage cart just wasn't enough anymore. To this day, a Mazda is a year-round fixture in her garage, without a single IT failure. It's as cost-effective as a clothes rack, which she got from the forest among the fir trees. Gisela travels the world with her Mazda with unwavering consistency, which means she always arrives. It would certainly be more turbulent with a flying carpet, which is why Gisela started getting her driver's license back then. When she turns on the lights, even ghosts are afraid, and the darkness is banished. You can even drive your Mazda over hill and dale in the fields, then you should tighten your seatbelt. With the Good Mazda shock absorbers, you can cling to comfortable seats, from driving across fields to flying over rooftops, without incurring pilot's license fees, Even over mountains, things go better with Gisela & Mazda, the radio can receive God on the summit, and in deep valleys with fast-flowing water, the Mazda can be a bathtub, Top dealer, electric, combustion, no piston seizure, a bond as thick as a tree trunk, no ballet barre, Gisela has long served as a Mazda model tester, and was very satisfied, like with her favorite frying pan. 5 stars, I wish you a wonderful and healthy year. UNREQUIRED RECOMMENDATION - THE 110 KM DRIVE IS ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT! I needed a new car! Since May 2025, I've visited the Ottens dealership three times! No, not for repairs! 1st visit: for a test drive 2nd visit: to pick up my new car! 3rd visit: to switch to all-season tires! Since no local Mazda dealer could meet my criteria, I had to expand my search beyond the region! Mobile.de led me to Sottrum, to the Ottens dealership! Among a large selection of well-maintained vehicles, I discovered "my CX-5" with all the extras in dark blue! ...it was going to be a nearly new car! The chemistry was right from the very first phone call, and we clicked immediately! A very good price made it easy to reach an agreement! The smooth and straightforward trade-in process, as well as the fair price I received for my old car (a different make), deserves special mention! Highly recommended! In conclusion: We have consistently experienced excellent customer service, friendly and competent staff at Ottens, from reception to sales and the workshop. ...and the coffee, always served by the friendly receptionists, is delicious too! Keep up the great work, Ottens team! ...see you again for your annual inspection in June 2026!!!

I searched for a long time for the perfect CX-5 and finally found it at Ottens dealership. The 130km drive was definitely worth it! Very friendly and competent staff. Honest and fair negotiations and excellent service throughout! I'm happy and will definitely be back.

Very disappointed! I had an inspection today, and even though I noted in the comments (I booked an online reservation) that the car should be fitted with 0w-30 oil (the same oil the car had at approximately 11,000km and 25,000km, last change at Ottens Autohaus), they used 0w-20… so I would have to wait again for them to replace it with 0w-30. On my way home, while maneuvering, still on the lot, I noticed that the steering wheel had a large scratch. The employee told me that the boss was having "lunch" and would call me in about an hour. I called myself after about three hours, and the "boss" tried to explain to me that it was an old scratch and that I didn't know my car. The same thing happened with the oil: Mazda recommends 0w-20 (even though the service book says 0w-20 or 5w-30), and they didn't even pay attention to what they used at the last service, nor to what I wrote when booking. Also, at the last service in February, they changed the coolant, and the level was below low. Now I told them they needed to check again, and they added another 200ml (they said).

Dear Mr. Mirel Loan,<br><br>Where people work, mistakes can happen – just like using the wrong oil.<br>I already explained to you over the phone why we changed the oil type: based on the recommendation of our manufacturer. At your request, we implemented this change immediately.<br><br>The wear and tear on the steering wheel is, of course, very annoying. However, such signs of wear can occur from daily use. The pictures show wear in the lower area, which could have been caused, for example, by wearing a ring.<br><br>Our employees do not wear rings on their hands for safety reasons. We bought a new Mazda CX 30 there. Contacting them was very straightforward, and we immediately felt at home at Ottens. The service was friendly and our needs were addressed. We received advice on the features and model, and the financing process was also completely straightforward. This was our first new car and our second Mazda. If the consistently excellent impression we've had at Autohaus Ottens continues, it certainly won't be our last.
