I don't know whether to laugh or cry! My Kettler e-bike sat at Schreck's for 4.5 months without any work being done. They were supposed to install a new battery cover. It never arrived, so it was never installed, and eventually, my patience ran out, and the bike was picked up. Apparently, they had received the wrong cover at some point, one that didn't fit. (At that point, they could have at least considered whether they could actually repair it.) I seriously wonder if they ever actually ordered anything, or if they're just being nice and polite and making excuses. I wonder if they take their customers seriously, or if they're just being nice and polite and trying to rip me off? They couldn't reach me by phone, didn't reply to emails, and when I dropped the bike off in the spring, they were swamped with countless orders, and I had to wait four weeks (!!!!!) for an appointment. : ... Well, it's my own fault. I went to Stadler today and the cover was repaired within one hour (!!!! I almost cried!!!!!). I'm completely speechless and can only advise everyone to consider whether they still want to support this small business. Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars, but I'd love to, and I'll be avoiding this place in the future. Oddly enough, Mr. Schreck was never there, and I suspect his business partner is a very evasive person who often messes things up, but thankfully, that's no longer my problem.

Where do you start? They weren't able to repair a pedal on my e-bike. When I inquired, I was told I'd have to wait at least five weeks to two months for a replacement part (remember, we're still talking about a pedal). The employee there was very unfriendly. I then drove 10 km further to Hameln, and within 30 minutes, they helped me with a new pedal. They only wanted ten euros as compensation. Of course, I put €20 in the coffee can. The gate in Springe is not recommended at all.

Disaster! After a three-week registration period, we waited over two months for a new front wheel, and nothing happened! The bike shop in Bennigsen finally got it done in two days! Service was worse than bad!

They didn't repair our e-bike; they just said it would be too cheap and they wouldn't do it. Instead, we could buy one of theirs. They would repair any problems.

I really wonder how anyone could give this shop a bad review. Maybe it's the customer's fault? I had a problem with my e-bike the day before yesterday and took it there yesterday. They were supposed to fix the problem and do a service. I mentioned that I wanted to take the bike on vacation in about two weeks. They told me it would take about two weeks and that it was cutting it close. Today, after just one day, I got a call from the shop saying the bike was ready. Just so you know, I didn't buy the bike there! I'm absolutely thrilled... thanks again!

I'm happy to give it 5 stars because my requests for additional parts for my e-bike were handled professionally and on time. The staff at this shop are friendly and courteous. Bottom line: I'd be happy to come back.

Excellent and professional service. After my bicycle turned three years old and had over 10,000 km on it, Mr. Schreck repaired it here within a day, making it look brand new. This wasn't related to the repair at all, but the inner tube on my rear tire came off the rim during two rides. Mr. Schreck went to great lengths to get my rear tire fixed. My bicycle rides perfectly. Therefore, I can't understand the negative reviews at all, as I experienced the complete opposite – in a positive way. I can highly recommend this bicycle service!

I think it's great that he still takes care of my old, perfectly ordinary touring bike. Another bike shop claimed that there were no spare parts available for my bike anymore. He did! Thank you so much for that! This isn't just good work, but also demonstrates sustainable practices, which I find very important these days. The price for the repair was reasonable and affordable. I was treated very kindly and honestly. The repair took about three weeks, but Mr. Schreck told me that beforehand and kept to it. I suspect he's currently working alone, which explains why. Before you go there, check the opening hours. They're a bit different than usual, but I understand. Thank you for the great work.

Everyone deserves a second chance, and this time everything went perfectly. Flawless, excellent work this time. A leased bike had its inspection done here. The gears are perfectly adjusted, a leak was discovered on one of the rear brake pistons. Software updates to the latest version were installed. The rear wheel spokes were tensioned. They really thought of everything. Top-notch inspection, thank you for the great work. And I understand that things can sometimes go wrong; we're all only human.

Terrible service! After my gear shift stopped working properly, I wanted to get it repaired. The workshop was supposed to open at 9:00 AM. Even at 9:30 AM, no one was there, and not even the owner knew when his staff would show up. A few days later, I went back to the workshop. The mechanic just told me to grease or adjust the gear cables. That's why I went to the workshop in the first place. Then the mechanic pulled extremely hard on the gear cable and said it was too long. It would need to be replaced. The appointment would be in about four to six weeks. At that point, I left. He didn't seem to have any interest in serving me at all. As I was leaving the workshop, the gear cable snapped... probably from the mechanic pulling on it earlier... Service?... Non-existent.
