Nadine, the dedicated, friendly, and extremely competent retail specialist in all sporting matters, gave me excellent advice. The company can be proud of her. I find it a shame that her name is listed as number 40 on the receipt. The name tag clipped to her says Nadine. I feel it's more respectful when employees are addressed by their last name. Perhaps I'm just getting old with this opinion. In any case, I don't want to be addressed informally by everyone as a matter of course. Anyway, I'll gladly come again. C. A.

Always a pleasure. Very friendly staff who aren't afraid to serve customers. The service is top-notch! I once bought shoes there and realized after walking around in them again at home that they weren't quite right. Returning them was no problem. The frequent special offers are great, and you can even sometimes haggle a bit. That's definitely how you retain your regular customers, and I always enjoy coming back! Thank you!

We had several requests. Unfortunately, our desired item wasn't in stock. Nadin immediately took out the catalog and, after a thorough consultation, ordered the item we wanted. We feel very well taken care of and will definitely be back.

Lovely shop, clean, great selection, someone is always quick to help with any questions – and on top of that: truly exceptional customer service!! And that starts with the little ones – even when our children weren't quite so quiet anymore, they were treated very kindly.

Thank you so much! I was there recently with my children. Both are very young, and my four-year-old daughter hurt herself on the shelf. The only thing the staff could think of to do was tell the girl to go outside and cry, and my son to put down the football we were trying to buy! My son was so intimidated that he immediately put it away. My children have never been treated like this before, even though we almost always buy shoes or Hannover 96 or Borussia Dortmund merchandise there. It's sad.

Highly recommended. I recently visited Kreft with my son to buy new running shoes. Everything was exemplary. Many models were presented to us without any time pressure until we found the perfect pair. Many thanks again to Ms. Weiglein for the excellent advice.

Friendly service, great customer service, and professional advice at a fair price. I bought running shoes and matching functional clothing, and I received competent advice. After analyzing my running style, I was recommended matching running shoes. I've worn the running shoes several times now and immediately experienced a noticeable improvement (better footing and no more back pain after a run). I also received excellent advice regarding functional clothing. The correct sizes were accurately suggested for fitting, the clothing principle and the advantages of functional clothing over cotton fabrics were explained, and at the end, they even recommended the right sports detergent. Conclusion: Great service, fair & reasonable prices - I'd be happy to show them again!

I recently bought running shoes at Kreft. They use a special device to create a 3D model of my feet, and then immediately suggest a suitable shoe. The selection of shoes available in-store is truly extensive. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and, in addition to the 3D model, conducted further tests with me to ensure the shoe fit perfectly. Custom-made insoles are also available. I'll definitely be back for my next pair of running shoes!
