I bought my e-bike here and I'm very satisfied. The advice was friendly, competent, and without any sales pressure – they took their time and listened to my needs. The right model was found quickly, and the entire process went smoothly. Overall, a pleasant purchase with excellent service. I'd gladly buy from them again!

My partner and I decided to treat ourselves to an e-bike. First, we went to Deister Bike, but we weren't impressed; none of the models appealed to us. Then we went to Zweirad Center, where you'd expect there to be only three bikes... but what can I say? Far from it! Each bike, or rather model, was more beautiful than the last, there were no pushy salespeople, the manager and his brother were both very friendly and competent but not pushy, and we found our dream bikes. Thanks again for everything 🫠 and we'll definitely be back.

New e-bike owners. We first went to a large bike shop in Stadthagen, but were very dissatisfied. Then we came here to take a look. We received excellent advice, but NOT pushy like the other shop. Everything was explained to us calmly and clearly. The owner and his brother are very nice and accommodating. We ended up buying our bikes here. I can only recommend them.

My rim was broken, so to save time I had them mount the new tires there... At home I noticed the tire wobbled half a centimeter out of alignment, so I had to fix everything again... What's the point if they can't even change a tire?

I was initially happy to have found a shop that would even take on a "non-shop" bike for a comprehensive inspection + purchase of a simple saddle and light... After €150 and 4 months later (very little riding): The gears jump in almost every gear, the lights only work when stationary (!), the bottom bracket creaks even more, the brakes are poorly adjusted and only engage just before the grips...now the chain has broken. ...actually a high-quality bike and parts... The money could have been wasted.

I've bought several bikes and have always received excellent advice. Even the workshop is excellent, with no waiting time and fair prices. Very friendly, expert advice.

The shop isn't particularly large and sells almost exclusively high-quality bikes. However, you can also find good accessories there. I myself bought a very nice used bike there, which was being offered at a good price on behalf of a customer. These bikes aren't displayed on the sales floor and are shown to you upon request. I received friendly and competent advice.

I've bought several bicycles/e-bikes from Zweiradcenter Stadthagen! The advice is very competent, the prices are truly fair, and the owner is very friendly and dedicated. I enjoy shopping here and can highly recommend Zweiradcenter Stadthagen. My new e-bike is fantastic, and the transaction went smoothly as always.

My bike was at the Zweirad Center for an inspection. After the inspection, the gearshift stopped working. I called today and explained the problem. The employee on the phone said, "My colleague is on vacation right now, I can't answer it - bring it here and we'll work on it in order." The whole thing was done in an extremely unfriendly manner. Since the problem only appeared after the inspection, I expect much more customer-friendly behavior here. Unfortunately, that was my last visit.

Friendly, experienced gentlemen in sales and the workshop. Installation of products purchased there is available immediately for a small fee. Repairs of other brands and items purchased elsewhere are carried out upon request without hesitation! They probably won't repair e-bike motors if they don't have the documentation for them. - But who repairs e-bike motors anyway? Chains, gears, tires, and much more are all available there, of course. Only the black mirror I bought from you today vibrates throughout the entire ride, even on a perfectly flat road, and was a bad purchase. The saddle is super comfortable, as expected, and the reason for the purchase. I'll gladly come back here again.
