What amazing service! I'm absolutely thrilled with the expert help I received here. I'm not used to this level of service from my old sports shoe supplier (the one with the four letters). I'm so impressed! I'll definitely shop here again. If the service continues like this, I'm more than ready to switch. With my old supplier, the only people I contacted were AI agents with silly, unhelpful answers. I explicitly stated that I wouldn't shop there again if I received another response from AI. I'll try contacting customer service and see what happens. Thank you so much!

I was in the store this morning. Simply fantastic. A thorough needs assessment, very friendly staff, a quick recommendation, and a brief check to make sure I'd chosen the right size... Perfect! This is what outlet shopping should be like! Highly recommended.

A large selection of running and casual shoes. You can really save money at the outlet and get excellent advice, too. They also have sportswear for men and women at great outlet prices. This definitely won't be my last visit there.

Regarding Michi Schlesinger's criticism and Asics' response, I can only say I'm speechless. I've always found the store to be very customer-friendly, but I must now revise my opinion. I was present when the shoes were purchased, during the very brief consultation (information about the fit guarantee, or what it even means, was only mentioned in passing), and also when I tried them on at home. To suggest that the customer had already worn the shoes outside their home is simply outrageous. The claim that they were soiled with pebbles and grass clippings is also untrue, as I inspected the shoes myself before attempting to return them. I can't rule out the possibility that there might have been a few pet hairs on the insole. However, that could easily happen to you too, as a dog owner, if I were to try on shoes in your store wearing my own socks, and it's easily remedied with a lint roller. Or do you then remove all the shoes that have been tried on from the sale? I find your approach, and especially the behavior of your employees, very questionable and not very customer-oriented. It goes without saying that you can't return a shoe that you've already worn three times outdoors, but I should have the opportunity to test it indoors at home for half an hour. And if I find that it pinches, I should be able to return it. Perhaps you could reconsider your response and we could have another conversation...

If you're into Asics running shoes and apparel, this is the place for you. A very large selection of running shoes for women and men in all categories and price ranges. You can sometimes still find a great bargain. Expert advice, everything's great.
