I've been a customer here for about 10 years and have always been treated kindly and courteously. The workshop team is very helpful and strives to make even the impossible possible. Of course, things sometimes go wrong, but you can't make an omelet without breaking eggs, and if nothing goes wrong, no work is done. In my opinion, the sales department could be improved; there's room for improvement there. All in all, however, I'm very satisfied.

The workshop is excellent and completely reputable. I've taken my ancient B.O.C. bike there a few times because I couldn't fix something myself, and they did it for free. Even larger repairs are always done at fair and, above all, transparent prices. I would definitely recommend them. The workshop even gets 5 stars from me. And I'm quite satisfied with the rest of the shop as well. I've bought two bikes there, and both were absolutely fine for the prices.

The shop has a large selection of different bicycles and accessories, plus its own workshop. Mr. Berauschek gave me excellent advice, and thanks to him, I found the perfect bicycle.

Absolute disaster. The employees always give me dirty looks, and they sell inferior bikes at insane prices. After I repaired my bike, the chain simply fell off on the street today (two weeks after picking it up). And I paid about €700 for it...

Top-notch from start to finish: Mr. Künitz was always friendly, attentive, and incredibly patient. Since I find it difficult to make decisions, he explained everything step by step, genuinely tried to understand me, and precisely noted my wishes. A particularly positive aspect: he even called me to discuss any outstanding issues. I felt understood and extremely well-advised. For me, the best advisor I've ever had!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On Friday, we chose a bicycle for our child and went to pick it up at 5 pm, but they didn't give it to us and said we could pick it up the next day. The following day, a Saturday, we went there and they took our order. They said they would prepare the bicycle and inform us by message. On Tuesday, we received a message that the bicycle was ready. When I went to pick up the bicycle, I discovered that it was a demo bike. I had previously noticed scratches and marks during the test ride, and the same marks, wear, and scratches were still present. When I asked them why they were selling us a demo bike when we wanted to buy and pay for a new one, they couldn't give me an answer. I absolutely cannot recommend them. The staff are very unfriendly and they lie. It's a company that sells you a bicycle that they pass off as new every single day.

Huge selection of bikes, bike accessories, and clothing for cycling and outdoor activities! Workshop available! Very good prices😊 The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, when I was there, there were only two consultants on-site, which meant a somewhat longer wait! Lots of free parking on-site!
