The price-performance ratio is excellent. The staff deserves special mention. I've rarely experienced such helpfulness and genuine friendliness. As a customer, you feel welcome and well taken care of here.

I was initially unsure whether to even write this, but my impression was unfortunately too negative to leave uncommented. I was in the store a few days ago looking for a windproof jacket and hiking boots for a trip. While I was there, a customer apparently wanted to exchange something. The cashier became quite loud after a short time – I didn't quite catch what happened, but the atmosphere was very unpleasant. It struck me as anything but customer-friendly. I won't be shopping there again.

Great store! The store manager, Ralf, was a huge help! We were looking for hiking boots and received excellent advice! He's a super funny, friendly, and kind person who really enjoys his job. 🌞 We're not from the area, but we'll definitely be back! Thanks! ☺️

I received very competent and extremely friendly service from the branch manager. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything; he took his time with me as a customer, and we had pleasant conversations. In addition, there is a good selection at really good prices. I would highly recommend it!

Fantastic shop, super friendly staff very, very helpful. I was there today looking for a men's coat, but unfortunately, they didn't have my size. They told me I'd get a call when they received the new stock. Luckily, I was still in Bremen and got a call right away. So I went back and got a coat that fit perfectly. Everyone in the shop was really lovely. We'll definitely be back.

I went there for the first time today because I needed new shoes for my next trip. Unfortunately, and this isn't a problem, they don't currently have my size. However, I did pick up a really cool new jacket and Rafailia gave me some great advice! She was super friendly and took care of me with a lot of patience and professional dedication. I can highly recommend them! Friendly service, they even offered water, and I'll definitely be back to buy shoes in my size!
