Thank you so much for the consistently excellent and reliable service! We bought our Hase Pino Steps there, traded in our Hase Pino, and had the Pino Steps serviced. Everything went perfectly. It's a shame you're so far away.

Friendly and competent service. I was there about my bicycle because I had a problem with the wheel. After a brief consultation, the bicycle was repaired immediately, and I was able to pick it up again! Highly recommended, would gladly use again!

A small, charming bike shop with heart! ❤️ We were looking for bikes through Jobrad and immediately felt at home here. The advice was honest and competent, and they really listened to our needs. The whole process with Jobrad was absolutely seamless ✅ When we picked up the bike yesterday, we received a thorough introduction – which was incredibly helpful, especially for me as a newbie to e-bikes 😄 The owners are warm, friendly, and take their time with everyone. We'll definitely be back! 🤗

I wasted 100 euros on an inspection, they did absolutely nothing, and just said it was poor quality from the manufacturer. Then they found out themselves that the brake pads were worn out. The worst service ever, and I advise everyone against coming here!!!! The worst service ever, and I advise everyone against coming here!!!! This is what brake pads look like, which ones I removed today!!!!!!!!!! And they said the brake pads were fine. The question is: Did they even do anything to my bike that day?

Hello Mr. Martišauskas, we are sorry that you were dissatisfied. Unfortunately, a specialist shop can only offer limited assistance with discount bikes purchased online. In your case, the brake quality was very poor, and your brake pads were definitely not worn out four weeks ago (the time of the inspection). We, and this is an exception, make every effort to service even inexpensive discount bikes. Many specialist shops refer owners back to the retailer where the bike was purchased and refuse to accept these bikes at all.<br><br>The €100 charge for an inspection of an e-bike not purchased from us is perfectly standard practice in the industry.<br><br>Sincerely,<br>Vehiculo Bicycle Center<br><br>

We took our son's bike to Vehiculo today for an emergency repair due to a flat tire. It was repaired the same day, and the service was truly excellent. Very friendly and customer-oriented! Thank you so much!

A really good shop. After arriving in Tostedt, we noticed that our stroller had a broken wheel. After calling, we were allowed to go straight in. Less than 20 minutes later, a new wheel with an inner tube was attached, and at a great price. The day was saved. Thank you so much.

We first bought a bike for our little one here, and now we're gradually buying one for the rest of the family. Whether it's the boss or the people in the workshop, everyone is friendly and helps out if you need anything. The prices aren't outrageous either. What more could you want? I've since bought another bike here, and I'm still happy with it.

A fantastic bike shop with a great selection. They provide excellent customer service. The first inspection is included in the price, and emergencies like a flat tire are given priority. The staff, regardless of their position, are always friendly and patient, even with undecided customers. If something doesn't fit, they won't sell it – always with the customer's best interests at heart. The service is outstanding and makes you want to shop there again.
