Since I hadn't been smart when filling up my bike at the market square, I actually just wanted to fill up my air here! Within a few minutes, the make of my e-bike was criticized, my light was not adjusted correctly, and I was asked whether I had already connected my bike to the app (after a total of 8,000 e-bike kilometers 😂)... Seriously? Then they wanted to make a quick buck and replace the tube on my bike... I just wanted to fill up my bike with air... nothing more! And lo and behold... the tube isn't broken today, even after 70 km! I can't recommend it, very rude and arrogant.

Dear Ms. Glandorf,<br><br>We are sorry that your visit with us was not satisfactory.<br><br>Inflating tires is, of course, free of charge. Since air repeatedly escaped during inflation, we pointed out a possible problem with the hose or valve and advised you to be cautious. We were unable to offer a hose replacement that day, as our workshop operates by appointment and is closed on Saturdays. Only sales and consultations are available on Saturdays. The "quick buck" you mentioned is therefore a baseless accusation that does not reflect our commitment to responsible business practices, as customer safety is our sole focus.<br><br>The advice regarding the headlight adjustment was also intended purely as a safety recommendation.<br><br>For three generations, we have stood for expert advice and run our business with great dedication.<br><br>Sincerely,

Highly recommended! We spontaneously bought a children's bicycle and it was ready in no time. The staff was very friendly and the advice was excellent. We are completely satisfied.

Picked up my e-bike from its first service today and everything's in perfect working order again! By the way, this is my third bike from Heuermann. The guys in the workshop really know their stuff! The owners have been running their business for decades.

I have only positive things to say about the Heuermann family and their team. Here, you feel valued as a customer. They provide excellent advice on sales and repairs, in my opinion. The atmosphere is very friendly, and you can tell they're passionate about their work. They even repair competitors' bikes. Where else can you find businesses like this? For me, a specialist shop that more than deserves its name! I'm happy to drive a few extra miles for this excellent service!

Here, you step back in time... not a modern hall with glass and parquet floors, but a shop like it used to be. Back when people took the time to chat. There were no cell phones, no immense pressure, and no hectic pace. Here, a husband-and-wife team takes their time for every customer. The bike has to fit, and they make sure it does. They fulfill your wishes. And the best part: you get top-notch bikes at a very reasonable price. I came here on a recommendation, and it was a pleasure buying my e-bike here. The mechanics are friendly and very competent... even the two little dogs are great. You feel comfortable here. You're looked after and taken seriously, something I've really missed when making inquiries at other bike shops! But enough talk... try it out and be amazed.

Fantastic bike shop! Very helpful, super friendly, and incredibly competent. I haven't felt so well-advised in a long time. Incidentally, I'm exempt from the mask requirement for health reasons, and in this shop, I too can feel like a valued customer. I felt I had to emphasize that, as it's a rarity these days!

Very competent advice. The salesperson took an incredible amount of time to advise me. In the end, he recommended a great vehicle and was also flexible in scheduling requests. First-class!

Very polite and competent service. Even when everyone in the workshop and showroom is very busy, they still take the time for detailed consultations, instructions, and answering questions. Hygiene regulations are also very well observed. Great team and definitely recommended. I'd go back anytime!

We are extremely satisfied. The advice was top-notch! The man really knows his stuff and loves what he does. Even though we live a few kilometers away, he's definitely our first choice. He takes the time to personally assess our needs without any pressure, even when he's busy (!), and doesn't try to sell us unnecessary stuff. We are completely convinced and are looking forward to receiving our new bike soon. I hope it won't be too much longer. My wife can hardly wait for her white butterflies on a matte brown frame ;-) I'll attach a photo of the bike as soon as it arrives :D
