They were incredibly nice and friendly. They took the time to give me some weather-related tips. I'll pick up my new bike at the Meinersen branch.

After expert advice, I bought two e-bikes. The handover included excellent instruction. A few weeks later, I had modifications made to both bikes, including handlebar risers and different grips, after agreeing on a price. Again, I received expert advice and the work was carried out after scheduling an appointment at short notice. All the staff were very friendly and competent. I can't understand what some people are complaining about.

It's almost unbelievable, but it all really happened. I dropped off my rear wheel for repair, picked it up after 1.5 weeks because nothing had been done, and found the completely disassembled rear axle in a bag attached to the rear wheel. Shouldn't you return the rear wheel to the customer in the same condition as it was received, or am I mistaken? I took the rear wheel anyway, and then had to make two more trips because there were still parts lying around in the workshop. Finally, one part couldn't be found, and I had to leave the rear wheel there again. It's understandable that I, as a customer, was angry and raised my voice after driving 120 km back and forth, but for the mechanic to threaten me with violence and tell me we could go outside or that I know where I live is completely unacceptable. I'm considering filing a complaint about this entire negative experience. On top of that, as he was leaving, he said, "I can't stand customers like you." I don't know how they can employ staff who treat customers like that. From J. Meldau

Yesterday I was traveling from Salzgitter with my bike trailer and broke five spokes on the trailer. Luckily, the bike shop Fahrrad Strauß was on my route; they helped me immediately and repaired my bike. Thank you so much for that, I can highly recommend Fahrrad Strauß. The owners are very, very nice. Regards, Stefan

It turned out that the brake cable on our bike trailer had come loose on one side. A staff member at the bike shop was kind enough to take a look at the problem, adjust it, and explain where I needed to tighten everything if the brakes came loose again. Thanks for the prompt and uncomplicated service! 👍🏻

I'm on holiday in this region. I brought my bicycle, but unfortunately no cleaning supplies. So I wanted to buy some here. The very kind lady quickly handed me cleaner, oil, and a clean rag so I could clean the chain and drivetrain myself right in front of the shop. Thank you so much! Great service!

Unfortunately, things went very badly when the leasing company is delayed in processing the application. Then to simply delete the leasing request without comment and sell it to someone else... You can look at it however you want, but that's not customer-oriented. However, since the consultation was excellent, I'm giving it two stars.

- Good advice when buying a bike (bought two bikes) - Damage shortly after purchase (two weeks) was unfortunately not taken seriously and blamed on wear and tear. No goodwill or warranty despite material defects. - Service quality varied depending on the employee. - Long delivery times, but that's certainly not the dealer's fault. Conclusion: In the future, I'd prefer to buy my new bike from online retailers with larger warranties and do minor repairs myself. However, if you're looking for good advice in person, you could stop by.
