Our first order was simply canceled without any notification. We then placed another order, selecting Ratepay as the payment method, but the transfer allegedly couldn't be allocated and was reversed. Immediately, a debt collection agency (coeo Inkasso) was involved, which has driven the costs up so high that we now have to pay four times the original amount! Communication by phone was very unfriendly, and emails take days to respond to! Therefore, I cannot recommend purchasing from Sportbude at all!!!

One expects a German retailer to process complaints promptly. With this one, it took over a month! After several emails, the retailer agreed to send a replacement (which has yet to arrive). The order was for an electronic dartboard, which unfortunately wasn't even used for three months. Ordered September 3rd Delivered September 7th Complaint filed

I am personally very dissatisfied, as the delivery was made by DPD and it did not arrive.

Unfortunately, the product I purchased was defective after only a few days. After a quick phone call, I was immediately promised a free replacement, which arrived the very next day. As a small token of appreciation, I even received an additional product as a gift. Many thanks to the team for the friendly phone calls. Absolutely recommendable!!! I would gladly order again.

If you're into sports in your free time, you'll find just about anything your heart desires in this online shop! I'm really impressed by the great selection. There are also some great discounts on Facebook :) What's really great is that if you have questions by phone, there's no long hold time or anything like that; you get someone on the phone immediately who's friendly and competent in explaining everything. Thumbs up!
