What fantastic service! Mr. Macke came to our campsite and saved our cycling holiday. Very friendly, highly competent, quick, and reliable. His service was also relatively inexpensive, considering it was an on-site service. A definite recommendation for anyone who has a flat tire.

I contacted Mr. Macke because of a flat rear tire on my bicycle. Scheduling an appointment was excellent, and my bike was repaired within 5 minutes. Highly recommended!

I had several flat tires, and the last one I couldn't get the tire back on the rim. Sometimes it's really strange. I couldn't find a bike shop nearby through an internet search. Then, by chance, Google Maps showed me Mr. Macke's bike service. I called him on a whim, and he came straight away and helped incredibly quickly. Absolutely fantastic and highly recommended if you have a flat tire in the area. Thank you so much!!!

We spent a short vacation in the beautiful Lüneburg Heath. On Sunday, on my second short bike ride, I got a flat tire after less than 20 km on a gravel bike path in the forest :-( I searched online for help and came across Mr. Macke. I called shortly after 8:00 a.m. Monday morning and immediately got an appointment for the repair -> awesome! At the same time, at my request, the entire tire was converted to "puncture-proof." It was no problem; the job was done quickly, accurately, and to my complete satisfaction ;) Very reasonable prices and extremely friendly service! Thank you again! I had a flat tire on my e-bike: I contacted Mr. Macke, sent a picture, and then an appointment was arranged. The work was completed extremely punctually, with competent advice and workmanship. He also immediately performed a digital software update. Everything was to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend him!

More than satisfied. I called – and Mr. Macke was there an hour and a half later. He did a clean and quick job, right at the campsite where we were starting our bike tour. He also gave us some tips and had a nice chat. I found his price more than fair and reasonable.

I had a minor bicycle accident while on vacation. Nothing tragic, but the bike was no longer usable. So I quickly searched online for repair shops and contacted Fahrrad Macke. In less than ten minutes, Mr. Macke was on site with his mobile service, provided competent first aid, and got the bike ready for vacation again at a reasonable price. Conclusion: Great service (they even accept card payments), highly recommended!

The bike was actually ready for retirement, but Mr. Macke didn't give up and got it back in working order really quickly and at a fair price. This saved me the trouble of buying a new one. Great job! After the repair, I had one more change I wanted, so I simply took the bike to the office, and Mr. Macke came by the same day with his mobile and did the work. At the end of the day, I simply cycled home again. Super uncomplicated and fast service!! Thank you!

We took our bikes out of hibernation and realized it was time to replace the tires. Mr. Macke came directly to our house after scheduling an appointment. First of all, I have to commend him for that; I don't know anyone else with a mobile service. Furthermore, the work was professional, and the price was really fair. Thank you very much for the quick and excellent work.
