The stated delivery time of 6 days has more than doubled. There has been no response to emails. Unfortunately, this seems to be common practice with home gym suppliers.

I ordered pairs of CHD dumbbells at an unbeatable price. Delivery was also smooth and fast; the shipping company called to arrange a delivery date. The dumbbells were also of excellent quality. I would gladly order again. Great shop! Thank you very much.

I was initially a bit skeptical due to some reviews, but I still ordered here because of the price advantage compared to the more well-known retailers. The delivery of the ordered items was quick and smooth. Complaining about a defective item was very straightforward, and contact with support was very pleasant. Everything was resolved to our satisfaction, and we therefore extend our sincere praise to them.

Slightly better delivery times wouldn't hurt. I was actually on the verge of giving only one star, simply because "extremely" long delivery times have become unusual. Ten days were promised, it wasn't shipped until eleven days later, and the order arrived after another nine days. Now the question is, whose fault was it, the supplier or the shipper? If JK states it will take 30 days and it arrives then, no problem, I know what to expect and wait. But when ten days are advertised and I have to wait 20 days, while following a tracking route that, at least to me, seems illogical, taking the shipment through Germany, abroad, and back to Germany, I start to get nervous. Ultimately, everything arrived. And everything is fine, no complaints there. So, if you order from here, things might go smoothly, or it might take longer, but it will eventually arrive.

Goods ordered in January arrived very quickly, but unfortunately were damaged. I immediately filed a complaint via email with photos. Despite a follow-up email, I received no response. When I called, I was initially told I would receive a reply by email. After almost two weeks, I still haven't received a response, and customer service is no longer reachable by phone. I also had a question about another order I'm still waiting for. Again, no answer. I had a question about available items. However, customer service was never reachable, and now the items are sold out. As someone from northern Germany, I deliberately chose to order from a Kiel-based company rather than, for example, Megafitness***re, as they offer many items at the same price. Unfortunately, I have been completely disappointed with their communication and customer service so far. All major retailers are struggling with the same problems due to the pandemic, but with the competition, I've always been able to get someone on the phone, and I've never had to wait longer than a week for email replies. Since I don't know if I'll receive a replacement for the damaged part of my order, I unfortunately have to consider whether to cancel the purchase within the 14-day period, return the goods, and reorder elsewhere. That would be annoying and, above all, unnecessary for everyone involved. Despite the ongoing difficulties, I think it should be possible to set up customer support so that calls can be answered and emails responded to within a few days. Perhaps JKS will surprise me today or tomorrow, and maybe things will go better with the next delivery, but for now, I can only give one star.

I ordered a dumbbell set at the end of November 2020. The stated delivery time was 74 days. Due to the many negative reviews, I was concerned about whether and when the dumbbells would arrive. They were finally delivered after approximately 84 days. The quality is really good, and I'm very satisfied with the order. However, the communication wasn't great. Shortly before the end of the stated delivery time, I sent two emails to ask if the delivery date had been met. I received no reply. Only after my third email did I receive confirmation of the delivery date, which was in the 7th week of 2021. I then called again to find out the exact delivery date, as it had to be delivered by a freight company and I'm not home every day. I was told that the freight company would contact me beforehand. Unfortunately, they didn't contact me and simply showed up. Luckily, I was home. I think we're currently in an exceptional situation, and that's why I'm overlooking the minor negative aspects and have decided to give a 5-star rating. I would definitely order from them again!

Order No. 27726 I've decided to order from JK Sportvertrieb. I want to update my private gym again. The 38-day delivery time doesn't bother me much, as it's similar for all retailers. I expect to receive the ordered goods in September 2020. JK Sportvertrieb has been around for a long time, and I've ordered from them every now and then. It's always been delivered.
