Friendly, efficient, and reliable. On a bike tour along the three rivers, my rear tire (with hub gears) suddenly went flat. After a quick phone call, we received immediate confirmation that the inner tube would be repaired right away. This allowed us to happily continue cycling to Bremen instead of having to look for a hotel room. Thank you so much for the prompt assistance!

We rented four bikes here for a day. After reserving the bikes the day before, everything went smoothly, and the bikes were very well maintained. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

Mr. Eyl truly embodies service. He's incredibly helpful; he'll even come straight from the workshop to your bike for a quick diagnostic check. Thanks to his efforts, I was able to go on a bike tour last week, even though I thought my gears were broken. And—to all you complainers about his friendliness—please don't forget: Mr. Eyl works in three areas: the workshop, the hotline, and the shop. It certainly doesn't sound like a stressful job.

Top-notch, first-class service, and friendly staff. The replacement part was immediately available. They replaced exactly the defective part, even though the actual repair kit would have been more extensive. It was also so reasonably priced that a tip was readily available. Imagine the situation: a bicycle shop owner is busy finishing orders for his regular customers just before the holidays. Then, just before the weekend and closing time, a complete stranger shows up with a bike he'd bought in Hamburg. That was me. I'd fallen because the nuts on my fairly new bike weren't tightened correctly, the gears got caught in the belt drive, and the derailleur guide broke as well. Mr. Eyl didn't react dismissively, as one might expect in many, many other shops, but instead helped me immediately. A stroke of luck! He took everything apart, replaced the broken parts (I have no idea how he conjured up those specific items from his stockroom), and got everything working perfectly again so I could finally start my (just now beginning) cycling holiday. I've truly never experienced such kindness and such dedicated expertise, and I'm over 60. I was blown away by this helpfulness, this overflowing warmth, and the quality of the work. This is, by the way, my very first review ever. And it simply had to be done. I'm convinced: this man can't possibly be unpleasant. My grade: A+ with a gold star.

I always enjoy coming here. The advice and service are excellent. I bought my Contura FE14 here and I'm absolutely delighted with it. And – after every service here, my bikes felt brand new.

Test rode an i:SY DrivE XXL N3.8 ZR (in beryl blue matt) and instantly fell in LOVE! It is amazing, so comfortable and really "easy" to ride. I had to buy it! I also bought baskets for the front and back so it's really practical for shopping and trekking or whatever. Can't wait to go on my first road trip with it! Also, Eckhard was super helpful getting the bike adjusted for my body, pointing out how everything works and helping me pick out all of the necessary accessories. I will definitely be back!
