People are warned on a sign to repair their bicycles at home. I cannot recommend this shop.

The sign simply indicates that I cannot provide service for the many cycling tourists!<br><br>Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to complete the repairs for my regular customers.<br><br>...it's the same old story during cycling season... My advice: have your bike checked at your local bike shop before your trip/holiday.

I'd love to give it no stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. The front wheel of my e-bike was flat, and I needed help. Unfortunately, I was turned away because the gentleman was alone and didn't have time. He recommended I continue by bus and train.

I can't help everyone who's passing through, as I wouldn't be able to make my scheduled repairs and the sale!<br>My tip: have your bike checked by a local dealer before your trip or vacation.

Here, the LOVE for cycling is truly paramount! I dropped off my company bike for its annual inspection – and from the very first moment, I felt I was in excellent hands. The reception was warm and professional; they took their time, and I immediately got the feeling that quality and genuine service are what matter here! Just a few days later, I was able to pick up my bike again – in top condition, perfectly adjusted, every detail checked. From the gears and brakes to the tires – everything is running like a dream! I also received exceptionally friendly service when I returned it. You can tell that someone with passion and expertise is at work here. I will definitely be back and wholeheartedly recommend this service. Thank you for the fantastic work!

Unfortunately, my mudguard was loose and making a lot of noise. I needed an Allen key to reattach it. My request to borrow the tool was unsuccessful. I was very rudely asked to leave the property. It couldn't get any worse.

I'm definitely not a blunt person. At the time, I was advising and selling e-bikes in the back of the shop. And I can't help every bike tourist. I'm sure I pointed out that there's also a service station in Steinhude.

Broken side stand. They had a solution right away. Good selection. Very competent, courteous, and relaxed. I really liked the experience.

One Friday afternoon I discovered a broken spoke on my rear wheel, so I removed the wheel and arrived at the shop 10 minutes before closing time. The damage was repaired immediately. My weekend was saved! Excellent service, very friendly. Thank you!

My bike got a flat tire on the first day. What should I do? We looked for bike shops and decided on the right one. We were served promptly (they arrived without notice anyway), and the tire was changed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great!

I had actually chosen a different eBike, but they couldn't deliver it. I was shown an alternative bike and took it for a test ride. I really liked it, and they even made a few modifications to suit my needs. The staff were super friendly and competent. Oh, and my wife now has an eBike too, and she's very happy with it, too.

Astounding. Whether it's spring, June, or now early November, every repair request is met with the response that you can't even come in because they're booked up for weeks! I won't bother with a third request. I have no idea why these kinds of shops even offer repairs anymore and don't just focus on sales. And it's so obvious to potential customers!

We are not a bicycle repair shop, but a bicycle retailer, and certainly not for other brands (e.g., from discount stores and similar shops). We reserve our full repair service exclusively for our bicycle customers. And on a busy Saturday, around 12:30 pm, servicing a bicycle is not possible. And this wasn't an emergency (gear adjustment) because the bicycle is still rideable.

On holiday in Germany, gear shift had broken. Both sales lady & service man were most helpful sourcing the part needed. The part was not readily available & ordered for pick up after 3 p.m. next day. Next day picked up as planned. Holiday saved by this welcoming duo & very much appreciated. Highly recommended.
