I went to Sport Neubert to buy new running shoes and I'm absolutely thrilled with the service. They took a lot of time to find the perfect shoe for me. I especially appreciated the wide selection, including options for men with smaller shoe sizes – that's not always the case. The advice was expert, patient, and tailored to my individual needs. I spontaneously visited Sport Neubert in December to buy some high-quality running shoes. I received excellent advice and bought perfectly fitting shoes and custom insoles. I'm very happy with both – I occasionally had knee pain with my old shoes, but with my new shoes from Sport Neubert, I had no problems at all, even after my first half marathon! I'll definitely be back. ☺️

Yesterday I visited my trusted running shoe retailer. I always have a foot scan done there, where my feet are electronically measured, and any potential problem areas are pointed out. This makes it easier for them to determine which shoe is right for me. They also ask detailed questions about my running level, how many kilometers I run on average, and what my running goals are. They take their time (I was in the store for an incredible 80 minutes!), even for returning customers, as a lot has changed in the running shoe market since my last consultation. They can quickly identify which shoe suits you based on its shape and your running style. Yesterday I tried on six different pairs of shoes, and in the end, I chose the one I tried on first. I think that says a lot about their approach. "The shoe fits perfectly, but try the other shoes anyway so you can experience the differences for yourself." That level of dedication really deserves seven stars. I tried the shoes out that very evening on a short 10km run... what can I say... they performed absolutely brilliantly, even in the dark through the woods ;-) , even my right knee, which is usually a bit temperamental, was delighted. Conclusion: with such excellent advice, I'll only buy my shoes from specialist retailers like Sport Neubert. Thanks a lot, my next marathon is sure to be fantastic!

Today was my first time in the shop... I was more than pleasantly surprised... I received excellent advice and service from a very nice salesperson named Fabian...he took a lot of time for me; customer service is clearly a top priority there. The other employees were also super nice and friendly...so if you're looking for sports shoes or clothing and want good advice at the same time, Sport Shop Neubert is the place to go... A customer who will definitely be back...

I always had back pain with the running shoes I bought in Hanover. Instead of immediately trying to sell me a new pair, the friendly salesman at Sport Neubert suggested I try custom-made orthotics. So I did! My first run with the orthotics was pain-free! I'm so grateful for the great tip and will definitely buy my next pair of running shoes there! Thanks!
