I brought my bike here for repairs. After almost seven years of riding it practically every day, it needed a more significant repair. When I entered the shop, I greeted them, and they greeted me back. Aside from the occasional clinking and scraping sound of repairs, it was quiet. I stood calmly in front of the counter, cleared my throat briefly, and was then politely asked what they could do for me. A very relaxed atmosphere. But that suited me just fine, even if it was a bit unusual. To quote their website: "And please don't despair if you're not immediately bombarded with messages; in stillness lies strength, and in the beauty of things anyway." They explained to me matter-of-factly what would be done, what parts would be replaced, and what the price would be. They also offered me a loaner bike. Two days later, I had my bike back. Everything was to my complete satisfaction.

The shop deserves full marks, at least when it comes to repairs. With both of our e-bikes (purchased from the other bike shop starting with R... in Wunstorf's town center), one brake on each bike initially started screeching terribly loudly. Both bikes were therefore taken to the R... bike shop for repair. The first thing they did was hand us a leaflet with instructions on how to break in the brakes. After the repair (following the break-in instructions), the screeching noises disappeared, at least for a day, only to return at full volume. On one bike, it was even coming from both tires. Back to the R... bike shop, the leaflet immediately reappeared, and after some back and forth, they agreed to a second repair free of charge, with the caveat that they would only replace the bikes if the screeching noises persisted. This repair was successful for another day, then the screeching noises returned. The bikes were then taken to TnT for repair. Both bikes were repaired here relatively quickly and inexpensively; the squeaking noises were and still are gone. The damage and new parts were explained and explained. Regarding the unfriendly manner mentioned a few times in the reviews, I can only say: Yes, there's still room for improvement. But that doesn't bother me. For me, what matters most is that I get a good result (which we did here), even if the service was a bit rough, rather than an overly friendly service and an absolutely disastrous result (like at R...). I can highly recommend TnT Bike Sport from a professional standpoint.

I had a problem with my e-bike while on holiday. Even though it was almost closing time, it was fixed and they explained what the problem was. Excellent service, I'm very grateful and satisfied!

The controller on my e-bike broke on the first day of my vacation. I found TNT-Bike through Google. After a quick phone call, I went straight there. My problem was solved quickly and professionally. Thanks again, my vacation was saved!

I have nothing bad to say. I brought my bike in for repairs. I don't understand some of the reviews. Sure, no one was exactly singing my praises, but that's not necessary. They were friendly and competent. And no, I didn't buy my bike there. It took a week (which was perfectly fine for me) and the price was absolutely reasonable. I can definitely recommend this shop.

I spontaneously went there with my road bike without an appointment because a part of my chain was about to fail. They took care of it immediately without any fuss, and I also received excellent advice on my newly acquired, but already old (2001) road bike. I can only recommend this shop to everyone. The two gentlemen working there really know their craft, and they do it at a more than fair price!

I've been there a few times now, and it's always the same: I don't deny some expertise, but customer friendliness is pretty much nonsensical. On top of that, you get yelled at when parts they selected and installed themselves fall off after a very short time. When comments like, "Then leave it alone," instead of finding a solution, then there's clearly a lack of customer service here.

I needed help with my new e-bike and was turned away simply because I hadn't bought it there. Instead of listening to or even looking at my problem, they just complained – very unfriendly and clearly no interest in a potential new customer! Luckily, there are other bike shops in Wunstorf that were much more helpful. Never again!

Fantastic, fantastic advice – these two really live and breathe their work! They sell bikes that are perfectly suited to the customer's needs! I finally had to accept that my dream bike wasn't the right size for my dog (kg). Thank you for your patience! Now I'm the happy owner of a mini e-bike. Perfect! 👌 I can recommend it to any small dog owner! Great, great, great! It's so much fun, and even seniors can easily get off!

I'd rather be taciturn and competent than fake-friendly and clueless about what I'm doing. I've always been satisfied with their professionalism. Especially since I once ordered various parts online (gearbox, crankset, suspension fork, chain, and cassette), and they assembled everything for me at a good price without any fuss. I found that very pleasant :-)
