I'm absolutely thrilled with the idea of a mobile workshop! It saves me the time and hassle of having to take my bike to the workshop. I was also very well informed about the costs and repairs. My bike is in great shape again, and the price-performance ratio is also excellent. I'm happy to recommend the mobile bike workshop and will definitely use it again if necessary.

The callback went perfectly, the person on the phone was very friendly, and they were right on time for the appointment. I don't think I'd ever go to a workshop for a service again. Firstly, it's really convenient (especially when you rely on your bike) not to have to wait two weeks for it to be finished after dropping it off. Secondly, everything was explained clearly, the costs were completely transparent and communicated before any repairs were done. They even offered more affordable alternatives, weighing the pros and cons. At the end, they even showed me how I can and should lubricate the chain and other parts myself, so my bike lasts me a long time 🤣 All in all, I'm very, very satisfied and will book another appointment in 2000 km 🚲 Thank you so much!

This mobile bike repair idea is simply brilliant. My bike is finally fully functional again, and without the hassle of going to a workshop. Mr. Plagemann offered me an appointment very quickly, arrived on time, and was very friendly. He discussed everything with me in detail beforehand and was also transparent about the prices.
