I had a problem with my brakes and they helped me a lot because it was very short notice. They fixed it and the price was good too. They were also very nice and helpful. Thanks again for that.

Very friendly and straightforward service. The price was excellent, and they even went above and beyond the call of duty. I needed my brake pads replaced, and they also briefly checked the condition of my rims at no extra charge. All in all: Top-notch!

My visit left me with a very negative impression. The owner's behavior was, in my opinion, disrespectful and inappropriate. His conduct towards younger people, in particular, seemed unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this establishment. I believe it is important that customers – especially parents – are very vigilant. I should only give one star so everyone can see what kind of person this is. Please be careful.

Got an appointment at short notice, eBike inspection and this and that, picked it up again the day after next, fixed price, everything was perfect, very friendly, very nice, I'll definitely be staying there!

I paid around €150 to repair my bike, including my front light. After a week, it broke again in exactly the same place, and I complained that it was only glued and not replaced as promised. A month later, the light is broken again in exactly the same place. It's such a shame. You can even see the glue residue. You can also see that the light is integrated into the fork, and the entire fork should have been replaced. But they certainly didn't do that, as it still shows signs of wear. It's such a shame...

I scheduled an appointment for the annual maintenance of my leased bike. I dropped it off in the morning, and everything was ready in the afternoon, so I could pick it up again. The service was excellent, and they even adjusted the gears. I'm completely satisfied and will gladly come back. Thank you very much.

Easy and quick appointment scheduling. Very friendly and competent staff. Top service at a very fair price. I also actively suggested replacing my brake pads, but this wasn't done due to minimal wear – that builds trust! Thank you very much and see you next time.

I'm absolutely thrilled with Rad und Tat! Despite being fully booked, they took my bike in at short notice and repaired it incredibly quickly – and at a really fair price. The shop is modern and makes a very professional impression. You can tell right away: the people working here know their craft and are passionate about what they do. I'd especially like to emphasize their courtesy and reliability – as a customer, you really feel valued and well taken care of. Top professionalism, top value for money – I'll definitely be back and can highly recommend this shop!

My Cube's rear tire was slowly losing air, so I just dropped by without an appointment. They repaired it within 20 minutes. That's absolutely fantastic... this will definitely be my new bike shop... THANKS FOR THE FAST HELP!!!

When you walk in, you see a small workshop. It takes longer if special parts need to be ordered. Even so, I feel more comfortable here than at the larger shops in the area. Everything's working again, thanks!
