An absolutely top-notch workshop! They work with expertise and extensive experience, even on premium components and unusual bikes. What's particularly impressive is the quick and direct response to feedback and the reliable answers – you simply feel like you're in the best hands. For me, this is clearly the best bike repair shop in the area!

As a returning rider, I bought a Vespa GTS 300 here as a pre-registered vehicle. The online sale was fair and reliable. Unfortunately, the weather on the day of delivery was much worse than forecast, but I passed the test ride. I also ordered the original top case with luggage rack, and everything was already mounted when we arrived on Saturday morning. After the owner personally attached the license plate and a mobile phone holder (from China) that I had brought with me, and adjusted it beforehand, I was thrilled. Then we were ready to go when it started to rain. So, back to the shop for the scooter and another cup of coffee. Finally, we set off, and after just a few minutes, I knew I had bought something really great. We felt very comfortable and were always treated very kindly and professionally. It's a shame Arnsberg is so far from Neuss; otherwise, I would bring our Vespa Primavera 50 Yacht Club here as well. Thanks again for everything, and all the best.

I've been a customer of Zweirad Mersch for three years now, having bought both my Vespa scooter and, a year ago, an e-bike there. My recent visit to their workshop prompted me to write this review, as it's time to share my consistently positive experiences over the past few years. I can wholeheartedly recommend this specialist shop and its associated workshop service. I'd particularly like to highlight the excellent service, which is impressive in every respect: from reliability and outstanding value for money to technical expertise – the 5 stars are absolutely deserved. I find that small specialist shops like Zweirad Mersch often offer significantly more personal and better service than the large retailers. So, if you're looking for a fair and competent dealer with first-class workshop service, Zweirad Mersch is the place to go. Keep it up! 👍

I bought my first Haibike at Zweirad Mersch. After about a year, I could no longer ride it due to health reasons. The owner himself advised me and recommended a step-through model. I was able to take a test ride immediately, and my Haibike was taken in part exchange at a fair price. I can personally highly recommend Zweirad Mersch. Excellent service, very good advice, and a superb workshop. All the employees and the owner are always there to help. Keep up the good work, and we customers can be very satisfied. You never get the feeling of just buying and saying goodbye. Many thanks!

I bought a new Vespa here and from the first phone call to the signing of the purchase agreement, I felt incredibly well taken care of and advised. Even a spontaneous test ride was no problem. I can wholeheartedly recommend Zweirad Navel ☺️👌

I bought an e-bike and have had nothing but positive experiences. The customer service is very friendly and helpful. If I encountered any problems, I received immediate support. I received excellent, detailed advice, and I was even able to take a longer test ride. I'm completely satisfied.

We also don't understand the negative reviews. We were able to take an extended test ride on the e-bikes. We received excellent advice and top-notch service. The employees take their time with their customers. As a result, there may be some waiting times, which we are happy to accept. We highly recommend this shop.
