Mr. Apprecht saved our gravel tour to Hagen today (after work!). He not only quickly fixed the flat tire, but also adjusted the brakes and recommended an excellent alternative route back – many thanks!!

100% recommendation for bike fitting. This guy knows exactly what he's doing. So many small adjustments with such a big impact. Complete pain relief, more power at the pedals. After all these years on the bike, I'm deeply impressed by the results of the adjustments, and we're not even finished yet! Great! I dropped by unannounced and they had the necessary gear cable and housing in stock. They even gave me some tips on how to install it. Now the gears shift smoothly again, just as they should!

I was in the shop because of a flat tire (I'm one of those occasional drivers who sometimes have to go to a garage for that sort of thing ;-)). I received immediate help, and Mr. Apprecht also had lots of useful tips. The billing was transparent and fair. I'm really satisfied and can highly recommend the shop!

Overbearing, arrogant, condescending... After getting a proper dressing-down, I now at least know that I bought my bike from the wrong shop, I don't clean it properly, I've always taken it to the wrong repair shop, I have completely the wrong tires, and you should never ride a mountain bike through puddles (you're supposed to get off and carry the bike over them)! ...After the repair (technically very good, but also quite expensive, since every drop of oil was charged individually), I left my bike sitting in the garage for months. I'd lost all motivation...

It's a shame I couldn't convey our cycling style the way I wanted to. My partner and I will carry our bikes around puddles on a mountain bike tour if necessary, because cleaning them afterward is too much of a hassle. We prefer riding to cleaning. Of course, you can ride your bike wherever you like, but don't be surprised if regular mud baths cause significantly more wear and tear and higher costs.<br><br>Oh yes, one more thing about oil. We may only be a small bike shop, but we already use a very efficient inventory management system from Buhl Data, which automatically generates order suggestions for us if we enter our material consumption correctly. With the current tight supply situation, this is very useful for us, as delivery times for some items have increased to over a year.<br><br>This is the only way we can ensure that we always have the materials in stock for most repairs on bikes purchased from us.<br><br>One more question. Why can't I find Wiebke in the customer database? Did you have the bike repaired here under a different name?

A long search for a bike at various retailers came to an abrupt end in Balve – thanks to competent and convincing advice, the purchase decision was made, and after 150 km in two days, there was no regret. Everything was perfect. Expertise was complemented by helpfulness and exceptionally good service. If there were a sixth star, we would award it for this outstanding service.

I bought an e-bike in the spring. The advice I received was extremely competent and the technical support was perfect. In May, I received an invitation to a guided tour through our beautiful Sauerland region, including coffee and cake during a stop along the way. All in all, outstanding.

I can highly recommend "Radsport Apprecht." I took my bicycle there for a complete overhaul after 10 years. The work included converting it to a rigid fork, installing a new chain and bearings. The end result is excellent. The bike rides like new again and looks great despite the modifications. I also bought a children's bike for my daughter and a used mountain bike for my son. I'm still very happy with the advice and the quality of the products. I will definitely be back to "Radsport Apprecht" for new purchases and repairs in the future.

I've owned a road-worthy mountain bike with an electric rear-wheel drive (Bionix P250DX) for about two weeks now, and Detlef Apprecht has been very competent in fulfilling my individual requirements. After several hundred kilometers in the mountainous terrain around Iserlohn, I'm thrilled with the functionality of the electric assistance and the ride quality of the bike—an ideal combination for conventional riding without, and if desired, with, electric assistance. A very practical addition is the option of energy recovery through recuperation on longer, steep descents. I highly recommend "Radsport-Apprecht"!
