Highly recommended! I got my company bike there – top service and super friendly. They've always helped me immediately, even without an appointment. I just drove by because of a problem with my bike, and it was fixed right away. Like I said, I can only recommend them; this definitely won't be the last bike I get from them.

I got an e-bike through my employer's bike leasing program. Just before the New Year, I underestimated the weather and slipped on my bike on the way to work. After a quick chat with BikeLeasing, they suggested I have the bike checked out. I looked online to find out who their partner was, found Andres Bike Shop, and called them just before the New Year. After a short ring, someone answered the phone and greeted me warmly! I briefly explained the situation and was immediately told, "Just bring the bike in!" Quick, easy, and no fuss! So I did! When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly employee (I think it was even the owner himself). He took a quick look at the e-bike, took down the details, and chatted briefly, giving me some advice for the future, what to look out for, and so on. I got the e-bike back quite quickly on New Year's Day. Everything was handled through BikeLeasing, and it was all very straightforward. Keep up the good work! :) This will be my trusted bicycle repair shop!

I took my somewhat neglected e-bike there for a service. The team thoroughly checked it and tightened practically every screw. They only replaced what was absolutely necessary. This allowed me to go on holiday with peace of mind. Highly recommended, especially since the team was really friendly!

Great shop! Very knowledgeable staff! I went there based on a recommendation and got some advice. Since I know absolutely nothing about e-bikes, I was very happy with the excellent advice. They were very helpful, and the prices were unbeatable. I live a bit far away, so the owner of the shop quickly attached a bike trailer to my car, making it easy for me to take my bike with me. I highly recommend this shop and wish the team all the best.

Andres Bikeshop in Quadrat-Ichendorf is the best bike shop I've ever been to! The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they really take their time for customers. You feel well taken care of from the very beginning, whether you're looking for a new bike or need a repair. The advice is excellent, and the quality of the bikes and the service are simply first-class. Anyone looking for a reliable bike shop with great customer service should definitely stop by. 5/5 stars!
