We are more than satisfied! Excellent advice 👍 They took plenty of time and answered our questions patiently and thoroughly 👍 The staff are ALL very dedicated and don't pressure us into anything 👍 We were even advised to sleep on it before making a decision. We were able to take a test ride immediately 👍 The result was that we bought two bikes and came home with a very good feeling! We sincerely thank you for your patience and perseverance 😁 This shop is definitely 100% recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I drove 150km to buy an I:SY XXL bicycle at a reasonable price. The advice I received was excellent and very competent. You can tell the staff enjoy their work. I'll definitely make the 150km trip again for the service. 👍

I took my time choosing my i:sy, and the guys were always friendly and honest during the many appointments, providing me with very thorough and competent advice. They even patiently guided me through extensive test rides, including saddle and handlebar adjustments. Thanks to the on-site workshop, a minor warranty claim was handled quickly and easily. 5 stars for the team and the shop!

We discovered the bike store through classified ads and were originally planning to buy an i:SY. Thanks to the excellent advice, we found a much better deal and opted for a Kalkhoff – great price, great quality! The store has something for everyone, the prices are unbeatable, and the service is truly outstanding. A visit is definitely worthwhile! Free parking is available at Kaufland.

I looked at two e-bikes on Friday and test-rode them. And wanted to pick them up the next day. When I picked them up, I was told that one of the bikes had already been sold by the boss the day before. The employee unfortunately didn't know this, so why was such a bike still for sale? I then looked at the same bike with a step-through frame and asked if they could give me a discount. The owner said they could give me a €49 discount, even though the two bikes cost €5,700, and the bike is still listed for sale in the classifieds. As a customer, I feel ripped off. Therefore, my conclusion: I can't recommend the store.
