Unsolicited paper flyers were simply stuck to my car window, and in the rain, they even left the window dirty. Outrageous!

Terrible service!!! Long response times – then the accounting department sends a reminder about a returned sample collection, which the managing director confirms has been received in writing... no business with our cycling club! Absolutely unacceptable!!!!

Poor customer service... Initially, it took several weeks for Mr. Schmitz to initiate my order (including multiple reminders by phone and email). Unfortunately, it was also completely faulty (wrong sizes and missing items). I contacted him via email - NO response! I requested a callback - NO response. After I finally managed to reach Mr. Schmitz, he admitted his mistake and initiated a new order (4 weeks after my original order). Due to the significant delay, jerseys and shorts are no longer arriving on time, and our tour will take place without uniform team equipment... Thanks for NOTHING!

Friendly personal service and top quality thanks to a new supplier. I had the jersey designed for my club here and will also have polo shirts printed for our company.
