I visited the Absolute Team Sport store in Refrath and was generally satisfied. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and took their time with me. The store is well-organized and easy to find. Overall, the store is quite good and worth a visit.

Visiting the store felt like being intruded upon. Apparently, Adidas shoes can't be ordered. The salesperson showed no willingness to offer alternatives. Prices are exorbitant. Of course, they can't compete with online prices, but 75% more expensive is steep. Luckily, 11Teamsport is only 10km away.

Unfortunately, I have to share my negative experience with this store (or rather, the manager). They were very arrogant and unfriendly when I wanted to make a complaint, offering zero willingness to help even though the shoes were extremely expensive. Therefore, I'm contacting the consumer protection agency.

This was our second visit to the sports shop. Both my son and I were very impressed with the friendly staff. One salesperson in particular went out of his way to help us and took a lot of time for us. He even tried on the shoes with my son right there in the shop and remembered our previous visit. Thanks to his recommendation, I was able to make my child (a huge BVB fan 😁) incredibly happy. For us, it's clear: if we need new equipment, this shop will be our first choice, even if it's quite a drive.

A large selection of soccer shoes and very friendly sales staff. You can test the shoes on the artificial turf to see if they fit well (running, passing, etc.). Great advice!

As a beginner, I had no idea about soccer cleats and received little or no advice in Cologne. Here, I walked into the store and was immediately greeted warmly and given excellent advice. Everything was explained in detail, and I felt the shoes to make sure they fit properly. I'm very satisfied and would come back again 😃

I was just here today, great store and great staff! Super friendly and helpful. Excellent advice and professional knowledge. After I chose a pair of soccer cleats, they thoroughly tested whether the cleats were suitable for me by testing them with some passes and kicks. Thank you so much! I'll be happy to come back and highly recommend this store!

I was originally looking for a German flag, but unfortunately they were all sold out. Then what did I see?! One of the completely sold-out Turkish jerseys!! I was absolutely thrilled by this unexpected find! The guys there are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable; I highly recommend them.
