I desperately needed new ice skates and received truly patient and expert advice. The employee took the time to measure my feet and show me different models without pressuring me into buying any expensive skates. He explained exactly what I needed to look for and why certain models were better suited to my playing style. This personalized consultation was definitely worth it, because the skates fit perfectly!
