The online bike parking system is unreliable. I've experienced this twice now: I couldn't access my bike or park it because the QR code reader wasn't working. Or, if you want to catch an early train, you can't get in. It's certainly a good and secure parking option for an annual pass, but definitely not recommended for a single day! Furthermore, email delivery doesn't work if you have a Gmail address. It's a real shame; a top location that costs a lot of money, and then it falls apart because of something like this! I won't be booking here again.

Excellent shop. Quick help with my daughter's e-bike. No appointment necessary. All other workshops had appointments in September. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

After my attempted purchase with the correct coins at 11 PM... I received neither the hose I wanted nor my €9 back in the correct coins. I'm thrilled :( Now I have to chase after my €9 and go searching for it. It's amazing who, as usual, doesn't want to take any responsibility!

I'm satisfied and would take my bike there for repairs again. Unfortunately, it took a bit longer than promised, hence the one-star deduction. Otherwise, everything was fine. Contrary to other reviews, I found the service and customer care to be very good. They were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome as a customer.

I dropped off my Hercules Rob Fold for inspection including Bosch service and everything went perfectly!! Friendly team!! I'd gladly go back!!

I had the disc brakes and pads on my e-bike replaced there. Everything went quickly and perfectly. My usual bike shop couldn't manage it. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Incidentally, the bike station is also highly recommended if you're taking the S-Bahn to Cologne. It only costs €1, and your bike is safe and dry.

I got a repair appointment very quickly – despite the pandemic, when other workshops could only offer an appointment in four weeks. I'm completely satisfied with the repair, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. I don't feel like parts are being replaced unnecessarily. The staff are very friendly. I'll definitely be back.
