We went there with my son to buy ski equipment and were assisted by a very friendly and competent saleswoman. Our shopping trip was a complete success.

I was in Haeger's before Christmas when I was browsing. A slim, gray-haired woman who worked in sales on the ground floor immediately started rudely at me. Then I went downstairs, where there were two more salespeople who were completely unhelpful. The store is a no-go; it's not worth going to. It's also too expensive compared to other stores. Typical Bensberg.

Not recommended: Skate sharpening is advertised as a service on their website, but the shop staff, in a very unfriendly tone, explained that they've never offered it. Thanks for the wasted trip! Thanks for nothing!

Surprisingly large and good selection. The salesperson on the ground floor was very competent and friendly and knew "his" merchandise.

I ordered shoes because my size wasn't available. After waiting three weeks, I called the store to inquire about the order status. Initially, they said next week. A week later, I tried again and learned that the shoes in my size hadn't been available for a long time. (The staff was completely unaware of this!) And to make matters worse, I was told I wouldn't receive the discount that was in effect at the time of my order, even though I had subsequently chosen different shoes! (I had been assured of the discount over the phone beforehand.) This is not how I expected to be compensated for a staff error!
