I will buy my products elsewhere in the future. The retailer refuses to consider this a warranty case. And now three rollers are defective.

When it comes to e-mobility, sports, and leisure, LA Sports is a truly excellent address. Their e-scooters are affordable yet offer good quality and top-notch technology. I particularly want to highlight their excellent customer service. Even though I bought my scooter four years ago and the warranty has long since expired, I have truly qualified contacts there who are available to help me with advice and support, even helping me with spare parts. I can 100% recommend this provider.

I ordered a basketball hoop with a stand twice from an online retailer, and both times it arrived heavily rusted. LA Sports promised to send replacements for the affected parts, but that's where it ended. Bad product, even worse customer service!

Hello fellow active athletes, I bought a water rowing machine from L.A. Sports about two years ago. I've always been very satisfied with it. Unfortunately, there was a major problem recently, so I contacted customer service. Together with Mr. Wilden, I was able to solve the problem. I would like to thank you again for this and commend your goodwill in delivering the replacement part. The machine is working perfectly again, so I say thank you, thank you, thank you again!!!

We recently purchased a rowing machine and are very pleased with it. It's robustly built and it's really fun to exercise at home with it. After a few days, a minor issue arose, but it was dealt with promptly and without delay. We thank you for the friendly service.

Very positive experience. Couldn't find a replacement brake for inline skates in my country and the staff of L.A. Sports GmbH were friendly enough to ship three spare pieces to me.

I contacted customer service regarding an item that wasn't purchased through L.A. Sports and asked for assistance. The contact was extremely friendly, and the assistance, including the shipment of the defective parts, was handled promptly and without any problems. This is the kind of customer service a buyer could only dream of. Here, the sale isn't simply closed after the item is shipped; even with problems or defects, they take the time to try and rule out other causes. Once the problem is successfully diagnosed, the affected parts are sent out. I can only say: TOP!! Thank you very much for the extremely friendly communication and the quick help.
