The advertisement claims to be for a social service run by the Diakonie (a German Protestant social welfare organization), where spare parts are supposedly sold at a fair price. What you actually get is incompetent service that charges exorbitant fees for the inspection alone, especially considering it's supposedly a socially supported organization. I had the inspection done for free by a professional mechanic, who then charged the same amount for the repair. Shame on you for marketing yourselves as socially responsible.

I wanted to get three bikes ready for the summer holidays! I got an appointment right away. Two days later, everything was repaired or replaced to my satisfaction. Excellent. I highly recommend it. 👍

Have you lost your way professionally? Then you've come to the right place. If you're motivated and keep your goals in sight, you'll receive all kinds of support there. They see you as an individual with your own unique potential. The team is highly motivated and very competent. For me, this place was exactly what I needed. I can't thank them enough.

NEVER AGAIN!! DISASTERS! To explain: I had a week of vacation and needed the chain and front chainring replaced on my bike (nothing major). After six days, I called to say I'd come by the next day, and they told me: "Oops, we forgot. But come tomorrow and we'll quickly replace the chain and order the chainring." That was five weeks ago. No one has contacted me. I've been there a total of four times, and each time I've been told a tall tale. "Our colleague is sick," "We forgot, but we'll order it immediately, it should be here in two days," and of course, after a week, nothing had arrived. ZERO COMPETENCE.

Once and never again I took my Grevel bike (new and no longer perfectly adjusted due to shipping) to Radwerk with a dragging front wheel, malfunctioning brakes, and a rattling chain. I was told that everything would be fixed during an inspection, which was the right thing to do. So, I paid €35, and unfortunately, the problems persist. I was then told that it's normal for disc brakes to drag. Which is unfortunately not true. I must say that they don't have the expertise to deal with sporty bikes.

I had a very good experience here! After being very arrogantly told at another workshop that "cheap bikes" weren't welcome there, my bike was immediately given a quick inspection here, and various defects were quickly rectified. My next repair will be done here again. I can wholeheartedly recommend Radwerk!

Incomplete repairs, uncoordinated deviation of the repair from the actual order. The rear wheel is completely out of center. The damage to the Rapid-Fire shift/brake lever caused by the workshop was hastily cobbled together using the cheapest means in order to ensure temporary functionality. Unfortunately, this was visually hidden behind my handlebars. I only noticed it when the repair shop gave up the ghost. With this botched job and over-tensioned spokes, these gentlemen knowingly let me go on a 1500 km bike trip. Of course, the wheel gave up after a short time when the spoke was ripped out of the rim. And that in the middle of Norway. An expensive affair!! The fact that this shop under his management has any 5 star reviews at all is due, for example, to the fact that Marco Olivier (5 stars) is the brother-in-law of the workshop manager and, for example, Marcel Stöcker (5 stars) is a former employee as part of the 1 Euro job opportunity. If you want your bike to be in good hands, go somewhere else! Thanks for nothing!

Every repair was either faulty or incomplete. The workshop manager was unfriendly. He claimed to have no recollection of agreements made the previous day. From now on, I'm going to the bike station at the S-Bahn station.

A great shop for bicycle repairs, inspections, and sales – everything is possible at Radwerk, and in most cases, it doesn't take long. In my opinion, the best and most affordable bicycle shop.
