I'll definitely be back! This kind of service isn't offered by any online shop, and very few brick-and-mortar stores do anymore...

We bought two pairs of skis from Sport4You and are absolutely thrilled. The advice we received from Matthias was first-class – competent, honest, very friendly, and perfectly tailored to our needs. He took his time, and it was clear that he had genuine expertise and a passion for skiing. As a little extra, we even received a free ski pass with our purchase, which made the shopping experience perfect. You rarely find service like that these days. Highly recommended – we'll definitely be back!

Everything was great. My husband, who wears a size 49 shoe, found something, and my son got two new pairs of sports pants that were on sale. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient. Especially the young man with the broad shoulders and the two ladies at the checkout were very kind, particularly to my children who were with me. I'll definitely be back.

Salespeople stand around, discussing personal matters, and even if you clearly indicate that you have questions, you're only acknowledged after repeated "Excuse me?" The selection is poor, and the prices are nowhere near realistic.
