I'm completely dependent on my bike, so it's important to me how quickly and thoroughly the work is done. I can only say positive things! I receive prompt assistance in a very friendly and highly professional manner. Repairs are completed quickly, sometimes within a day. Potential problems are pointed out, and sound solutions are offered. In short: friendly, competent, accommodating, and reliable. Highly recommended!

I made a last-minute appointment for my Suzuki GSX-R 600. The problem was identified and repaired immediately. Great team and excellent service. I was notified immediately after the repair that I could pick up my motorcycle. Top-notch service

I have an older e-bike and it had a problem. I first went to a bike shop in Opladen, and they told me I should throw it away. Then I called here, and they tried to help me right away on the phone. Unfortunately, that wasn't the problem. I then got an appointment, and they got my bike working again. I'd like to thank you again. Great shop, great service, very friendly staff. Even though I had a workshop appointment for the next day and just wanted to drop off my bike, the problem was immediately examined and fixed. After 10 minutes, I was able to ride my bike home. Super friendly service!

I had a problem with my e-bike: I couldn't loosen the crank myself. Although the workshop was very busy, they quickly squeezed me in. The problem was solved, and I also received some valuable tips. I can only thank them for the outstanding and extremely friendly service. It's great that there's such a bike shop in Bergisch Gladbach.

I had a problem with my luggage rack, and I was briefly seen so they could determine what needed to be done. They discovered that the rack had been incorrectly assembled by the manufacturer.
