I've been getting my table tennis equipment from WW Sport Mausbach for many years. The advice is always expert, and I receive the equipment I need very quickly. The service is excellent, and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I can wholeheartedly recommend WW Sport Mausbach.

For table tennis, definitely the number one shop far and wide. Overall, a really good sports shop with expert advice. A few more square meters of retail space and it would be perfect...

Always competent advice. A table tennis specialist! If you're looking for accessories for the aforementioned sport, this is the place to be. They also have a large selection of running shoes. I've bought several running shoes there and always felt I received good advice.

When I entered the store, the owner was on the phone. She didn't bother to look up or say hello. After a lengthy phone call, during which she still ignored me, she went into the back room to make another call. I spent the time browsing the merchandise in the dingy and crowded shop. I didn't find the sneakers particularly appealing and was just about to leave when the woman finally finished her phone call and felt compelled to get to work. Listlessly, she tossed several (unattractive) Asics models at me and quoted a very high price for each, suggesting they were current models. As expected, I wasn't impressed, since the store's exterior advertising prominently featured discounted Asics. I could buy (certainly more attractive) Asics anywhere else for that price. She noticed I was wearing orthotics and then tried to sell me even more expensive (special) Asics. I'd seen this kind of thing before in other stores and had even been warned about it by my orthopedist. The insoles are designed for so-called neutral shoes (standard models) and make anything else not only unnecessary but counterproductive. The owner reacted angrily to my dismissive comment, asking if I was there for discounted items. When I confirmed that I was, she irritably put everything away and said she didn't have anything in my size (which is exactly what I had suspected; the usual promises to lure customers into the store...but in her size...). Conclusion: shop elsewhere (which I did, and I was very happy with the result).

The best sports shop for miles around. Small but perfectly formed. Large selection of sports shoes and the place for table tennis equipment. Always top-notch advice.

I'm very disappointed. Since I moved from Cologne to Odenthal, I needed a new shop to string my badminton racket. At first, the selection was very limited, with only two strings. After I decided on one, it only took a day to string, so I'm giving it two stars instead of one. The strings warped after every hit, something I've never experienced before. Afterward, I played two training sessions and 1.5 matches before the strings broke. All in all, I'm very dissatisfied and wouldn't come back for a stringing job.

A small but one of the finest sports shops around. Highly personalized and individual service. The entire sports sector is covered. Table tennis rackets are custom-made/adjusted. Always excellent advice without any time pressure. This sports shop comes highly recommended!!! 👍

A great sports shop with friendly staff. I always go there to get my badminton strings restrung. They also have table tennis rackets resurfaced and other sports gear for sale. Overall, the products there are of excellent quality. The only downside: the shop is very small and crowded.

After being extremely frustrated with the service and competence of the staff at a large sporting goods store, I decided to try the small sports shop I drive past every day. I can wholeheartedly recommend going there. They are incredibly friendly, competent, and accommodating. Most importantly for me, they took the time to listen to the customer and answer their questions properly. Everything about them is just right, which is why I'm giving them 5 stars.
