Unfortunately, I've been less than thrilled since this week. I read about two e-bikes there via Business Bike. Both were due for inspection this month. When I arrived, I was simply informed that they no longer work with Business Bike last month. We've been buying bikes there since my first bike. They could have certainly offered a solution within the framework of their customer friendliness and customer conditions, but there was no interest. My next bikes will definitely not be there. As a long-time customer, I'm simply disappointed.

Dear AT Cycles team, we visited you for an inspection service. An appointment was quickly available, and we received our e-bike back in top condition. You really get help here. Even if you didn't buy your bike from AT Cycles, the staff are always helpful, friendly, and eager to assist. They're also very careful about maintenance and repairs, never trying to sell you something you don't need or push anything on you. I especially appreciate the honesty of the staff and just wanted to say thank you. Keep up the good work!

We came here to get a new bike through Bikeleasing. Two different employees took a great deal of time for us during our two appointments, which unfortunately extended into their evenings. It was immediately clear that they weren't just recommending the most expensive bike based on training alone, but that each advisor had their own preferences and explained very well why their particular equipment was the best for them. The "why" was incredibly helpful in ensuring that we didn't just buy an expensive bike, but one that was truly perfectly tailored to our needs. I also have to commend the service. When we picked up the bike, they even installed an extra mudguard on the fender, and when we got a flat tire just a few days later – definitely caused by a foreign object and not a manufacturing defect – they very generously provided a free repair, which, in my opinion, is absolutely not something you can take for granted. All in all, I would like to give them my 100% recommendation and thank them again most sincerely for the excellent advice and service.

A friendly bike shop with good service. The advice was competent and honest. The workshop left a good impression. Even though I didn't buy the bike there, I was helped spontaneously and without a prior appointment. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back!

A while ago, I went on a bike ride with my uncle, and the screws on my cycling shoe came loose. Luckily, the shop was on our route. I was greeted by a friendly salesman who pointed me to the workshop. They screwed in a new screw, and the shoe was usable again. Although the friendly man didn't insist, I tossed the little money I had on me into the coffee fund. While I probably won't be returning anytime soon, I can highly recommend the shop to anyone in the area. If you're looking for competent, friendly, and approachable salespeople, this is the place to go.

...I was very reserved with my wife Angelika and went to an appointment without any preconceived notions. The excellent advice, the test drive, and the product's great value for money completely convinced me – you rarely meet such honest and knowledgeable salespeople! Top advice, top service, top product!!! ...bring on spring and summer.... KEEP IT UP! A CLEAR RECOMMENDATION, 10 POINTS!!! Thank you, thumbs up!!!
