Today I visited the 11teamsports store and was unfortunately disappointed with the service. The sales staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. When I asked about a specific shoe size, they immediately told me it wasn't available, without even checking the stockroom. I believe that customers in a specialty store should receive better advice and be treated with respect. It's a real shame; I expected more.

Absolutely terrible! The employee with the "long, dark hair" was more interested in watching the European Handball Championship than in taking care of the customers. But even so, the store has gone downhill significantly! I definitely wouldn't recommend it! I'd rather go a few kilometers further to Recklinghausen. There, the customer is the priority, not the European Handball Championship.

We received excellent service at 11teamsports in Bochum. The team was incredibly friendly and patient. Their advice was highly competent, and they addressed our individual needs. In the end, we not only found the perfect football boots, but we bought two pairs! We can absolutely recommend this store!

Great advice on soccer cleats – thanks, Amine! I went to 11teamsports with my son looking for new soccer cleats, and Amine gave me excellent advice. He really took his time to find the right shoes for my son – the right size, the right surface, and, of course, his taste. You can immediately tell that he knows his stuff and gives advice with a lot of patience and friendliness. My son is absolutely delighted with his new shoes! Thank you, Amine – we'll be back!

I drove all the way from Velbert to this place because they fulfill my children's wishes. The service is incredibly friendly and helpful. All the employees in this store are extremely friendly. I'll definitely be back!

I was in your store today and left feeling extremely satisfied. As a beginner, I was looking for a suitable soccer shoe. Several models were presented to me right away, and thanks to the great advice, I found the right shoe. I would definitely come back!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. The staff were very unfriendly and showed absolutely no willingness to compromise. They were impatient and seemed completely incapable of dealing with customers appropriately. What was particularly shocking was that I was called "rude" when I simply raised the issue of a product complaint. This complaint, which concerned a pair of football boots with ripped seams, was then flatly refused. Such behavior is unacceptable, and I will definitely not be recommending this store.
