There were some disagreements due to the senior physician, his broken promises, and his general carelessness, but these were subsequently resolved to my satisfaction. So everything was perfect – except for the senior physician! :-)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend 2Rad Napirella! The team is extremely friendly, competent, and always helpful. The service was fast, reliable, and absolutely punctual – just as you'd expect. The prices are also absolutely fair. They're customer-focused, and you feel like you're in good hands right from the start. I'd be happy to come back!

The tire vending machine in the courtyard is very convenient after closing time. Unfortunately, I was sold a defective bicycle tire in the store; the defect wasn't even noticed when they installed it!?! As a layperson, I feel cheated and can no longer recommend Napieralla.

Super fast and professional help. I came in with a loose sprocket and they helped me immediately, even though I'd never been there before. Plus, everyone was incredibly friendly. I can highly recommend this shop. Thanks again!

On a training ride with my road bike, my gear cable snapped. I can do a few essential things on a bike myself, but I'm a really bad mechanic, so I went straight to the shop on a colleague's recommendation. As expected, they were fully booked and closed for about two weeks. The mechanic must have seen my desperation and told me to bring the bike in. He took a quick look and let me leave it there. To be honest, I was very relieved and just wanted it repaired without any time pressure. The next day, I got a call: the bike was ready for pickup. So I went there, got it, shifted through the gears once, and everything worked perfectly. I expressed my sincere thanks. Since I'm really meticulous and take good care of my things, I cleaned the bike at home and didn't find any other flaws. I appreciate that even more than the repair itself, because for the professional, Mr. Marcel Trockel, it was surely just a piece of cake. Many thanks again and best regards, Michael Schäfer

Excellent service, quick and easy. We had an emergency yesterday: a flat tire (there was a piece of glass in it), and unfortunately, we're completely hopeless when it comes to bikes. So I called 2 Rad Napieralla and explained the problem. I was able to come in right away, and the flat tire was repaired in just 15 minutes. We then scheduled a bike inspection appointment right away. Great staff—friendly, competent, and very helpful. Thank you!

On my trip from Dortmund to Cologne, I got a flat tire after a short while. The team there helped me immediately and quickly changed the tire. Excellent service!

I actually only came across 2-Rad Napieralla through an availability check on the Focus website for a bike I really wanted. I hadn't even heard of the shop before. I ended up buying my dream bike at Napieralla and I'm absolutely thrilled. Superb service, very friendly staff! Far from being a mass-market operation. I'm completely satisfied and so glad I bought the bike there! A fantastic company!

Simply a fantastic shop with great service and genuinely funny staff... I have no idea who feels unwelcome here; my requests have always been handled perfectly. Even when a bike I wanted wasn't available, I was referred to a partner shop that had the necessary contracts with the brand. I always enjoy coming here and bothering them with my naive questions... :-)

I've been there three times now, and each time I received immediate help or was able to pick up my bike a few hours later. The prices have also been very reasonable so far. I've had pleasant and interesting conversations with both the staff and the owner, which weren't just about bikes, so I've always felt, and will continue to feel, welcome there.
