It's now called "ES-Sportshop". Great selection, good advice. Always a pleasure.

Nice salesperson and, despite the small store space, the selection is no worse than in the sports shops in the city center.

This is my second time buying something here, and I'm absolutely delighted. The advice is incredibly good and the prices are ridiculously good. The price/performance ratio is simply fantastic. I highly recommend it.

I was very irritated by the GLS service, as they didn't even compare the data on the collection slip with the package. Especially since the packages were left out in the open in the sales area.

Unfortunately, the owner doesn't understand what constitutes good service. I haven't bought anything from the store yet and won't, but I can speak from my experience with the GLS service. I was expecting a package via GLS. The package was announced via GLS, and I was able to choose various delivery options online, such as whether I wanted the package on a specific day or whether I wanted it delivered to a GLS parcel shop. Since I'm not home during the day, I opted for the GLS parcel shop option and selected AS-Sportshop, which was also offered to me online. The package was then delivered to the AS-Sportshop, and I received a delivery note the same day stating that I could pick up the package at the AS-Sportshop. When I went to the AS-Sportshop to pick up the package, the friendly gentleman behind the counter told me that the package wasn't there because they generally don't accept packages delivered directly to AS-Sportshop. I replied that I had received a delivery notification, to which the man in the AS sports shop simply replied that the GLS driver could write a lot. I was then told, in a very unkind and venomous tone, that as a business owner, he wouldn't simply let GLS drop off packages in the store and that he didn't earn anything from it. I emphasized several times that I couldn't do anything about it directly and that he should perhaps reconsider whether he wanted to continue working with GLS and that I really just wanted my package. After a few minutes, during which the owner repeatedly insisted that the package wasn't in the store, I wanted to call GLS and ask where the package was and how I could get it. The owner then deigned to check again to see if the package was there, and lo and behold, the package was there. He just grumbled that one of his employees had probably accepted the package during his lunch break and complained again that GLS doesn't pay for storage. After such an experience, I definitely won't be buying anything from that store!
