Excellent advice, unusual high-quality brands, a beautifully designed shop and pleasant atmosphere, great advice for both women and men from all over the world. Gorgeous scarves and other accessories, London style. A real surprise in Bochum; we'd love to see a shop like this in Essen or Düsseldorf. Another plus: one of the best cafés in downtown Bochum is right across the street.

The owner was incredibly annoying...you couldn't browse in peace for two minutes; he kept staring at you as if you were up to something. When I just wanted to take a quick look at something, he started immediately...we're in Bochum, not a Turkish bazaar! That kind of behavior is considered annoying and unwelcome here. Besides, Breuninger has a much better selection.

In December 2020, I bought a Canada Goose Premium jacket. After one season, it had significant signs of wear in areas subject to heavy wear (cuffs and underarms). The fabric had turned white due to friction, and the zipper also broke. I wore the jacket very little; I can't even imagine what would have happened under heavy wear ;-) So, in December 2021, I complained to the dealer, the guys, about the jacket. It came back after four weeks. In Portugal, the cuffs and zipper were repaired, but unfortunately, the white stains under the armpits weren't... so I sent it back and didn't get it back until March. According to the manufacturer, it's not a defect; it's normal wear and tear, so no action is required, and my request for a replacement was rejected. So why were the stains on the cuffs removed beforehand if they were normal wear and tear? The guys can't/won't do anything at the moment, even though the defects were confirmed in discussions, and even they don't understand why the manufacturer is acting this way. In my opinion, Canada Goose uses insufficiently durable materials – which, given the hefty price tag of €850, should be the case and is even possible. I can only advise against this brand! It's a shame that a premium manufacturer delivers such poor service...the retailer itself refers to the manufacturer, and the customer is left in the lurch by both parties!

We've been buying various items from this store for many years. We're very satisfied there and highly recommend it. You can always find something, even if you don't want to find anything...-), as they have a really nice selection. The owners are super friendly and never pushy, but they do their best to give customers good advice. Stay healthy

Always a very pleasant shopping experience... A few years ago, I was looking for a sturdy linen duffle bag for sports and leisure that was also somewhat stylish. That's how I stumbled upon this wonderful shop in downtown Bochum and its consistently friendly and helpful team. I found the perfect bag from "Napapijri" there, in a very wide range of colors and sizes. Since then, I've been back several times and have also come to appreciate other items in their sporty menswear collection. The selection is very tastefully curated, and you can often find attractive pieces that you won't see every other person in town wearing. I would describe the style as sporty to Hanseatic-maritime, understated yet always with a certain something, without overly bright colors or any wolf paw prints ;-) The entire shop is very aesthetically pleasing and decorated with attention to detail. There's plenty of space to move around, which isn't always the case even in boutiques with high-priced merchandise. The entire shop is beautifully designed with attention to detail. The service is always exactly as I want it: friendly, attentive, and very responsive to customer requests, yet pleasantly unobtrusive. Here, you always feel like you're being served in your best interest, without any pressure to buy anything to increase your sales. I've had quite the opposite experience at other upscale establishments. I wish the three "guys" continued success and will gladly continue to contribute to their success.

The selection of unique, exquisite modern clothing for men and women is exceptional. Stone Island, Parajumpers, etc. Selected pieces are presented in a beautiful, well-organized, and tidy atmosphere. However, the reception and, in some cases, the service are dismissive and come across as arrogant. Not every customer seems to receive the same level of attention and care. This is off-putting. Even Louis Vuitton in Düsseldorf strives to provide a personalized shopping experience for every customer. The overriding principle is that every customer is equal – don't forget that...
