I visited this store specifically to test ride and potentially buy a Scott Voltage (approx. €900). Unfortunately, the staff on the upper floor completely ignored my presence, actively turning their backs and avoiding eye contact. Even after I went downstairs to ask for help and a stuff called up to them, the behavior didn't change. I was left standing there while staff continued to avoid me. Because of this poor service, I took my business elsewhere and ended up buying a Pivot Point Dirt Jumper from an American dealer for €1,800. I am much happier with my new bike, so I suppose I should thank the staff here for being so unhelpful that they convinced me to spend my money at a shop that actually values its customers. I drove all the way from Belgium to not being able to test ride this bike. HORRIBLE !

Wow the biggest bike store I’ve been to! Place is huge and you can actually test drive the bikes indoors. Be careful not to hit somebody while driving! The people working here seemed pretty nice and the store was in good shape. If you need a bike check this place out!

Our family recently moved to Germany and we were in need of a bicycle. We were looking for an e-bike. Mr. Winter at Fahrrad XXL was extremely helpful, he answered all our questions and demonstrated several options that met our criteria. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to really understand what we were looking for. I'm definitely coming back here for our second bike. Thank you Max for all your help.

Today I went there to try some 26 inch bikes. One of the staff came to me and asked me if I need any help, and I asked him if it is possible to speak in english or not and he said yes but he continued speaking german and it was totally fine by me. But the problem that I had was he was totally unfriendly and it seemed he just wanted to do a responsibilty and leave. He did not even ask me what kind of bike I want or what are my preferences. After 2 min I felt totally uncomfortable and told him I don't want help anymore and I will look at the bikes by myself. If you can not help me or you do not have something that I want, you can simply say it in a nice way and I will figure it out by myself. By the way we bought sth from their ground floor and the staff there was totally nice and helpful.

Absolutely pleased with my experience. I had the possibility to try 3 (!) different sizes of the same bike model for an hour, until i made my decision. Also very important was the help from Mr Winter that consulted me during my tests…and, all this, speaking in English and coping with my poor German. Thanks once again for your help and the passion you put in your job!

An excellent Fahrrad Shop with a great variety of Bikes. However always very slow process of entering the Service part with long queues in front of the entrance.
