Absolutely top-notch workshop! Highly competent, always friendly and reliable. My bike has always been repaired quickly and flawlessly – no matter what the problem was. They work with genuine passion, and it shows! A clear recommendation and a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars.

Great shop, friendly staff. Next time I'll have a beer! 😁 I've been there several times without an appointment and they've always helped me right away. I recently had a major repair done and the price-performance ratio is excellent, unlike the "big" garages. I'll definitely be back.

The first time, they wanted to replace my front sprocket and chain. The price for a standard chain was okay, but the sprocket (without installation) was supposed to cost €120!!! After I pointed out that it was available online for around €30, the price was adjusted. The second time, my brakes were squeaking, so I left the bike there and was told to call back in 2-3 days. After 3 days, they claimed the brakes weren't squeaking at all!!! On my last visit, they only wanted to replace the rear brake pads, but when I picked up my bike, they also replaced the front pads, even though they were perfectly fine. Both pads squeak despite proper bedding-in. The front wheel doesn't spin freely; the pads rub even when I'm not braking. That's enough bad experiences for me. I'll have the rubbing front wheel fixed at a professional bike shop. Don't be fooled by the good reviews.

I dropped my bike off for repair, which was possible without an appointment, and it was ready the next day. There was a minor misunderstanding when I picked it up, but the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly; they resolved the issue immediately. The price was also great!

We had a bicycle that had been sitting unused in the basement for five years, but it was too good to throw away, so we registered it as a donation. Within 24 hours of calling ViA to arrange a pickup, everything was done free of charge, arriving exactly as agreed at 10:00 AM the following day. Wonderful. Thank you.

Don't make the same mistake and go by these "good" reviews here – check it out yourself – it's based on my own experience. In my opinion: more show than substance. Today, several employees were overwhelmed and uninterested in my request, or simply didn't want to deal with unfamiliar – "complicated" tasks. After several repetitions, they still didn't understand what needed to be done. Get well soon.

Highly recommended! I got an appointment quickly after a nail punctured my rear tire. I didn't even have to bring the bike there. The guys came out with a service van. The price was very reasonable, they were friendly, reliable, simply fantastic!! 👍👍 Thank you so much!

A truly fantastic workshop! I had a broken spoke on my work bike and was really in trouble, without my bike or car. The team is incredibly friendly and competent. My KTM was repaired super quickly and is running perfectly. Thank you for the service. I highly recommend this workshop. I'll be taking my bike there for its winter service.
