I had a flat tire. The roadside assistance technician found me in a difficult location and could see exactly when he would arrive using live tracking. The tire was changed within minutes and the bike was ready to ride again. Absolutely fantastic.

Flexible, punctual, friendly. The problem was identified on-site but could not be resolved. The bike was transported directly to the nearest service center for further troubleshooting.

I can highly recommend LittleBikeBus! A fantastic service. It was my first repair with my new company bike. Driving across the Ruhr area in the afternoon was no problem for LittleBikeBus. My flat tire was fixed quickly, and I was able to cycle home again. I'd gladly use them again next time! 🙂✌️

Today, I broke down on a bike tour with my bike and trailer because the inner link in my chain was twisted. My bike was repaired shortly after I called and is running perfectly. Top quality, friendly service. I fully recommend it!

Yesterday we went on our first big bike tour of the year and, of course, got a flat tire right before the finish. I received full support within three hours on a wonderful day of cycling, and my rear tire was repaired quickly and very professionally, including great advice, and with even more service than expected. Really very friendly and extremely competent. Considering that the bus travels to several cities, that was truly a tremendous achievement. I'm very satisfied and was extremely happy that it wasn't inconvenient and that I was able to start the long journey home. Thanks again for the quick and reliable help! And for the great tips.
