I was recommended this shop in Bochum. And I can only say, the trip from Bonn to Bochum was well worth it. I received detailed and helpful advice. I bought the recommended bike and have had a lot of fun with it. After a minor accident, I went back to the shop to arrange for the repair. Again, the service was excellent. They weren't trying to make money at any cost, but rather offered fair advice, and the necessary work was carried out at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent advice, you just can't find that online! I was looking for a new e-trekking bike that would fit me well, as I'm quite tall. I quickly arranged an appointment online and found exactly what I was looking for. Fantastic service. Highly recommended!

I had my bike serviced through JobRad. I was particularly impressed by the speed of service, the staff's expertise, and their friendliness. They gave me lots of great tips on how to optimally adjust the handlebars, brakes, and gears. My bike is running perfectly now – simply fantastic! See you again!

Great shop. The workshop is even better!! Quick help, excellent service. They even do quick repairs. I've been to their workshop several times with my bike and just bought a fantastic new one there!! I'll definitely be back!

My bike arrived looking like a rickety shopping cart and now it rolls like a racing bike again 😄 At Rockers Bikeshop, they don't waste time talking, they just get right to work. A super relaxed team, quick help, and fair prices. You can tell: these guys and gals love what they do.

The Factor Ostro is already the second bike I've bought from Rockers. The guys there really take their time for consultations, bike fittings, and discussing special requests, and they always have great ideas. The result is a "dream build" exactly as I envisioned it. Many thanks again to Tobias and Flo for the excellent advice and to Phil for the professional assembly and the custom handlebar tape wrapping. If you're looking for professional advice and reliable, fast service in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, you can't go wrong with Rockers!
