Last year, TIBO-BIKE serviced my 30-year-old bicycle and installed a new lighting system. The work was carried out to my complete satisfaction. The service was excellent in every respect. The price-performance ratio was also right. I can recommend TIBO-BIKE without reservation.

I contacted TIBO BIKE by email over Easter because I wanted to have the battery of a used e-bike tested with a multimeter before buying it. I promptly received a friendly call back, a brief initial consultation by phone, and a good offer for the test. That's what I call customer service. Therefore, 5 stars.

Excellent service! He serviced three of our e-bikes. The work was carried out calmly and, in our opinion, professionally. He was even able to perform updates on the bikes that weren't possible elsewhere. He even had time for a minor repair before the service. The price is perfectly reasonable, and we would definitely use his service again.

The ideal and simply modern concept. No need for the hassle of dropping off and picking up your bike. The chain was professionally replaced and a service inspection performed right in the vehicle at my front door. The entire job was done calmly and thoroughly, yet the bill was far below what I expected. As soon as the temperatures rise, I'll test everything out, but since I have no doubt about the quality of the work, I'm already giving it a full 5 stars.

It couldn't be more perfect! Despite his busy schedule, Mr. Groiß picked up my bike, repaired it, and returned it on the agreed date. The price is unbeatable, and Mr. Groiß is also super nice, very competent, and reliable. He takes his time and answers all questions. A truly great all-round service, and therefore a clear recommendation. My bike will only be repaired there from now on. Thank you very much!!!

Mobile bike repair shop – what a brilliant idea! It saves so much time and hassle because you don't have to take your bike to the workshop and pick it up again. Scheduling an appointment was seamless. Till is super personable, professional, and reliable. He even does things that stand out during the service! The price is unbeatable, too. I'm absolutely thrilled – highly recommended!
