We picked up my bike from WBZ today after two weeks. They only needed the screws tightened; if we hadn't made a fuss, it would certainly have taken four weeks or more. They claimed they told us this when we dropped it off, but they didn't, otherwise we wouldn't have left it there since we're going on vacation tomorrow. When I called after a week, I was immediately snapped at and told why I was calling; they'd said they'd call when the bike was ready, and in a truly awful tone 😡. I can only advise against leaving your bike there; it's better to pay a little more and be treated properly. It used to be different there; they've gone completely overboard.

Top service – highly recommended! I rely on my bicycle to get to work every day and needed to have the chain replaced at short notice. Although the workshop was officially booked solid for the next two weeks, they helped me quickly and without any hassle. My bike was accepted, repaired, and picked up again the same day – simply fantastic! The service was friendly, professional, and reliable. I am more than satisfied with the result and grateful for the prompt assistance. Such customer focus is rare – a clear recommendation!

Great service, very friendly people who help immediately for a fair price. I'll definitely be back with my bike!

Very nice, helpful, and competent people. A bit of a hidden gem and a somewhat unconventional bike repair shop. I can't comment on prices or the overall process, but my gut feeling is good. As always... My opinion

I've had my bike repaired here twice. The first repair cost me almost four hundred euros, and I had to go back three times because they couldn't fix it properly enough to ride. Despite that, they still called me to say I could pick up my bike. That was about two years ago, and I haven't ridden it more than two hundred kilometers since then because I got a scooter. The second repair was just under three weeks ago and again cost almost two hundred euros. Oddly enough, I noticed some parts that had already been repaired two years ago, including the crankset, bottom bracket, and chain—like I said, I haven't ridden the bike more than two hundred kilometers. Of course, I called WBZ and asked about warranty claims, to which they replied, "Just look at the clientele who work here; we can't offer any guarantees." Okay, then you shouldn't let such clients do repairs that can cost between two and four hundred euros. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ... It would be helpful to appoint a proper workshop manager so that such incidents become a thing of the past. What really bothered me, though, was how disrespectfully the man on the phone spoke about this clientele.

A very friendly, spontaneous, and helpful team. My daughter's flat tire was repaired immediately without any long wait. Excellent value for money. Two thumbs up, would definitely use again. 👍👍

Very friendly staff, detailed and very professional advice when requested. Spare parts are usually in stock; otherwise, they are ordered immediately. Processing time depends on the volume of customers, but it seems very quick. Bicycles I had repaired were also cleaned right away!

I was told on the phone that I couldn't get my bike repaired here because: 1. I didn't buy it here, and 2. they were fully booked. However, this was handled politely and fairly. The employee was very friendly.

Unfortunately, this is the second time I've had a bad experience... the first time, I went to the customer service center and they needed a new rim. My bike was in the workshop for almost three months, and they kept putting me off. Now, I wanted to have the brakes adjusted. I was told that this couldn't be done within three full business days. At other workshops, the customer service receptionist told me I'd have to wait six months. If you believe it...

I'm absolutely thrilled. I brought in a 22-year-old men's bike and two older children's bikes for inspection and repair. The team was incredibly friendly and competent. The bikes ride like new again. All this at a very good price. I'd definitely use them again.
