I am more than satisfied with Matti's work. I took my bike to him after an accident and received excellent advice. After a week, the bike was like new again – simply awesome! :)

The bike was in for repair, and everything was done quickly. Excellent value for money. Everyone was friendly, and when I asked why it was broken, they took the time to explain it really well. I highly recommend Matti's Bike Shop.

Was there today on the recommendation of a work colleague with my 2 listed e-bikes, everything was great, great service and friendly staff, service within 1 day without an appointment, what can I say, great, we took our BIP bike in for repair today, spoke and gearshift broken, I can pick it up repaired tomorrow, what more could you want, highly recommended 👍👍👍

I went to Matti's Bikeshop for my first bike inspection, based on a recommendation. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. I was able to pick up my bike the same day. The advice was expert; everything that had been done and what's coming up was explained. Fair prices. I highly recommend taking your bike to this young team. I'll definitely be back.

After having my trekking bike there for minor repairs during Lülf's time and having a good impression of Matti, I now took my road bike to him for an inspection, tubeless conversion, and the resulting repairs. INFO: ROSE REVEAL FOUR DISC, Di2, Ultegra. Price: approx. €4,500. Conclusion: You can also put really good bikes in Mattis's hands here. Great service, everything was taken care of, tires mounted after a phone consultation, brake discs adjusted, and so on.... I'm sure I couldn't have gotten it all done cheaper from Rose itself, and especially not in a week. And if there are any problems: just drop by instead of writing a complaint, etc. Keep it up, Mattis, I'll be happy to spread the word....

As a passionate gravel bike rider who covers 5,000 km or more a year, I've been to Mattis several times over the past 1-2 years. He's been able to help me every time, and above all, he's been quick and uncomplicated. I've even left my bike with him for an hour for repairs, gone for a quick swim around the corner, and after that, my bike was ready to ride again. Whether it was installing new pedals, replacing my brakes, or even repairing wear and tear on the entire drivetrain, it's no problem for Mattis and his team. I'm happy that he has his shop right here in Bönen, right on our doorstep. I'll continue to come here regularly because my bike simply needs maintenance, and I feel like I get great advice here. I also think the prices are fair. So far, my bike insurance has even covered all breakage and wear damage without issue.

Today I went to Matti's Bike Shop (a small, owner-operated bike shop with a workshop) to test ride an e-bike. A very friendly young employee (the owner's son?) explained everything about the bike to me before the test ride and gave me some route tips (since I'm not familiar with Bönen). After the half-hour test ride, he answered a few more questions. He also explained all the work involved in a service to another customer. The shop made a very good first impression on me. They offer various brands and apparently repair all of them. I think customers will be in good hands there.
