We drove there especially because the website said it was open. When we arrived, there was a note on the door saying we were closed until June 20th due to illness. Great, we have June 21st. With such a long closure, you might as well post it online. We weren't the only ones standing in front of the locked door.

The store is a complete disgrace. You might be able to buy something off the rack, but that's all. I've placed 5-6 orders for our association in the last 1.5 years and not a single one was correct. Sometimes the wrong items were ordered from the manufacturer and basically every order had the wrong print. I have no idea how many times I've driven to the store (as a volunteer) for nothing because I couldn't take the items with me or it was simply closed despite opening hours, and how many hours of my life and nerves it cost me. Just coordinating the print layout takes several days or weeks of email ping-pong because nothing is digital. There's no digital order form either, everything is free text via email. So it's inevitable that typing errors will happen. If something isn't in the store, there's no free way to look at it or to check the right size. It has to be bought outright. We wasted several hundred euros because the tracksuit pants, jackets, or sweaters were too small for people and they were advised to buy the wrong size. For subsequent orders, we ordered the items from other online shops and took advantage of the free return policy so we could at least have the items in our hands and determine the size. The operator always tries to rectify their mistakes by giving away the wrong item for free, but what good is a stack of incorrectly printed items or incorrect items to me these days if the necessary items aren't ready in time for match day? In any case, I've had enough now, and I'm not putting myself through the stress anymore. I can only recommend every club to order their team kit elsewhere. Given this truly exceptionally poor performance, this shoddy shop has no right to exist on the market, in my opinion.

Unfortunately, I have to give it one star. The store is nice and the staff is friendly. But unfortunately, there's zero customer service. Because of this, I made two expensive, bad purchases that I can't return now, as I used them once. I wasted €150. Very stressful.

Large store with a huge selection and very friendly, helpful staff. My tracksuit was ordered with the wrong initials. They altered it there, which was done very quickly. Even though they were on break and I was unfortunately 5 minutes late, they still gave me the tracksuit instead of making me wait. Thank you so much for your help! I highly recommend this store.

Fantastic shop! It looks small, but has a huge selection of football boots. The advice is excellent! We've been buying our son's football boots exclusively there for many years. They don't just recommend the most expensive model, but the one that fits and makes sense. ;) Highly recommended!

Nice store and friendly salespeople. My son's shoes had torn along the sole seam after 10 months and were replaced without any problems after a quick return to the headquarters in Cologne. Very good service 👍 We'll be happy to come back. Keep up the good work 👍

Great store. I've been there several times now to buy clothes and shoes for my child. The service is always friendly and the prices are perfectly reasonable.

My first impression was great. Friendly salesperson and a wide selection. However, this didn't live up to expectations. I bought a pair of Adidas football boots there for €250, which completely ripped open at the toe after exactly four weeks and nine training sessions. When I asked in the store if anything could be done about the boots (voucher, exchange, etc.), they accused me of damaging them myself, claiming it wasn't a product defect. Absolutely outrageous!

More than just football I visited today for the first time since their renovation and rebranding and bought a pair of sports trousers for myself and my son. They have a very good selection of sportswear, not just football gear. Highly recommended as an alternative to the few large sports stores that are open. The service was excellent, and the prices were good. So why order online? It's a great store.
